Khaymen POV

I stepped on this girl's foot in Semalina's. Turns out it was Angel, my best friend from grade school. I felt bad b/c after a while I dropped my phone in the pool on the last day of 8th grade and we lost touch. I know she remembers me b/c she was Slightly grinning

Khaymen: Angel I know you remember me
Angel: maybe... Refresh my memory
Khaymen: we used to be best friends we did EVERYTHING together in grade school!
Angel: OK I remember you but YOU left ME so what do you want?
Khaymen: I want to expl-
Angel: explain what?
Khaymen: I didn't mean to leave you. The day of graduation I dropped my phone in the pool at my pool party!
Angel: ooooooooo. Well, how have you been?
Khaymen: miserable, I missed my beat frie-
Angel: yah we may have a prob...
Khaymen: what?
Angel: um... Since I thought you left me I got a new boy best friend...
Khaymen: that's OK. But who would that be?
Angel: Keith...
Khaymen: what!?
Angel: yah.
OK before I finish telling you about the date... Kinda there's a few things you should know
1.) Angel looks WAY better then she did in 8th grade!
2.) Me and Keith NEVER really got along

Angel: well we texted for a while and got close. He's not that bad! In a matter of fact he's not bad at all. I don't even know why you two never got along!

Some dude came and tapped Angel on her shoulder.

Dude: I heard my name...
Angel: Keith don't wor-
Khaymen: Keith!?
Keith: yah. Who are you?
Khaymen: Khaymen
Keith: (walks off)
Mae: I think we should go... We'll be in the car.
Angel: wait for me
Khaymen: wait!
Angel: yeeeesss?
Khaymen: your phone number?
Angel: here. Yours?
Khaymen: here
And with that she walked away
