☯It is currently that time when everyone gets ill and guess what, I'm ill .-. so I thought it would be a good to write tips on how to get better as I feel like they helped me so yeahhhh.

-Drink hot tea- I recommend green tea and my bae (camomile/chamomile tea)

-Eat fruits- I recommend citrus fruits (I ate a whole lemon- cuz lyfe and I ate a grapefruit even though I'm not a big fan of it as it's like bitter sweet but it made me feel SO much better so yeah)

-Drink water!- You need to be hydrated!

-Become a cocoon using them blankets- Stay nice and warm!

-Honey!- It's the answer to everything! (When drinking tea you can sweeten it with honey instead sugar, that's what I did, but make sure you don't over sweeten it)

-There's two types of illnesses and one you can walk out and just get out and function normally and one you have to stay in bed and sleep so I recommend both; sleeping and getting out of the  house.

-Don't stay on the laptop/computer for too long as you might get a headache.

-Take a hot bath- it helps your blocked nose.

-Take some vitamins!- Don't be that stupid person that overdoses the vitamin tablets though(Did that even make sense? I don't know but you guys get me)

-Eat!- I always forget to eat when I'm ill cuz I'm not feeling food or I simply forget but then when I stand up I feel dizzy because I don't have any energy. EAT!!
