The rose between 2 thorns

*Skyes POV*
I wake get woken up by Gray rolling into me and his body accidentally yanking the sheets. I get up and just leave him there to sleep. By the time we went to bed last night he looked absolutely exhausted. I walk into the bathroom and have a shower. I hop out and go to get changed but then I remember that I didn't bring clothes into the bathroom to get changed into. I slowly creep out of the bathroom and tip toe back into my room. I look at the bed and Gray is still fast asleep. I go into my "comfy clothes" drawer and realise I still have one of Grays sweat shirts so I throw it and a pair of long socks that come up to about 2 inches above my knee. I walk out to the laundry and read the washing machine instructions. I seem to actually be able to work the washing machine and I put a load of washing on. For some reason I don't feel hungry and I just go lay down in bed again waiting for the washing to finish.
Just as I go to lay down I get a really bad pain in my stomach and I rush to the toilet. I check my calendar on my phone and realise I forgot that it was my time of the month again. I go back into the room to find Grayson laying there on his back and staring at the ceiling.
"What's so fascinating." I ask
"Well you of course but I really like the oceanic blue colour that the roof is painted." He replies without even taking an eye of the ceiling.
"Um ok mr interior designer."
"Well forgetting about that, what do you wanna do today." He asks with a happy face as if he were a child getting to go to a big candy shop for the first time.
"Well is it ok if we have a sit in day today cause I kinda have some female issues." I say extending the s' in issues.
"Oh ok well I don't mind Bub. Whatever your feeling up to is what we shall do."
"Ok well do you wanna invite Eth over."
"Oh yeah maybe later." He says gritting his teeth.
I have no clue why he gritted his teeth but it's weird. I remember Eth saying something about giving me his number so I go into my contacts and realise he has already put in my phone for me.
I decide to message him and ask what's going on,
Me: hey Eth it's Skye. So what's going on with you and Gray.
Eth: well your a very attractive an beautiful and well I kind of like you and Gray has noticed so he's now really pissed off.
Me: oh. Look I'm really sorry but you do realise I only have eyes for Gray.
Eth: yeah I know and he knows that it's just that he gets jealous when I do stuff like hug you and when I picked you up bridal style and went to carry you home last night he got super pissed.
Me: well Eth I did warm you. But yeah just as long as we are on the same page.
Eth: yeah it's all good.
Omg so Eth now likes me too. I feel really bad so I snuggle into Gray more and decide to talk to him about it,
"Hey Gray, I know why you are pissed with Eth."
"Oh yeah. I'm guessing he told you?"
"Yeah he did but don't get angry at him for it please. I just hope you realise I only have eyes for you and you only and I just told Eth that."
I make him look down at me by grabbing his chin and pulling his face down till its about 1cm away from my face. He doesn't say anything he just stares at me with the most blank and sad eyes.
"Grayson Dolan, don't you dare for one second think that I don't want you. Gray I-I love you."
And with that his face lights up and his smile an his blushing gets so contagious. For a second we just sit there staring at each others eyes then he leans in and kisses me.
"Skye, I-i love you to. And thankyou for showing me in these past like 4-5 days that I actually mean something."
Then I just start balling.
"Skye Bub what's wrong, did I say something wrong."
"No it's just that there's a bug chance that I'll have to go back to Australia and I don't wanna lose you."
He stares at me still with all the love in his eyes and his face still lit up. He kissed my forehead,
"Skye we will cross that bridge when we come to it ok." He says as he strokes my hair with his hand.
"Ok Gray just I'm in an emotional mood so could we just lay here for a while."
His face beams even more as me properly lays back down then oats his chest for me to rest my head there. I rest my head on his chest and he plays with my hair.
*4 hours later*
"Skye, skye. Wake up Hun." Uncle ted softly says.
"Huh. Oh hey I fell asleep. I thought you weren't coming back till tomorrow."
"The case was post poned because of new evidence." He explains
"Oh ok well where's Gray."
Right after I say that I hear yelling form across the street. Uncle Ted and I run down the stairs and bolt across the street an run around the back of the twins house to find them screaming and fighting with each other. Uncle ted pulls Gray off Ethan and Eth has bruises oh his face as Grays shirt is ripped, his arm is all bruised as well.
"Guys why." I say as we cart them both back to uncle teds.
We grab out the first aid kit and I rub some cream on a cut that Gray has on his arm then cover it with a band aid. I walk over to Eth who is sitting on the table and then wrap his leg up cause somehow he had bruises and cuts all up his legs and he can't properly move it. I pin it tight and he says thanks after giving me a hug.
"Look what the hell happened you 2." Uncle ted says half yelling.
"We just into an argument and then it got serious." Gray replies.
"An argument over what." He half yells back.
"Over Skye." Eth pipes up.
"Oh for fuck sake you to. Look Eth I told you I only have eyes for Gray and Grayson the talk we had this morning. I though we were on the same page like seri-." I get cut off from the feeling of needing to vomit.
I run to the toilet and puke. Gray runs after me and so does Uncle Ted. Gray kneels down beside me an ms asks if I'm ok. I just nod but I actually feel so sick. This is seriously too much for a chick on her period. 
I manage to get up and walk back out to the kitchen/dinning room.
"Look you 2 need to get over this crap. I have a thing with Gray and Eth I'm sure that you will find someone amazing ok. So if you 2 don't call a truce I have to make a decision."
"What's the decision?" Gray says with a anxious face.
"I have decided that if you 2 wont get over this crap then I won't be with rite of you and yes that also mean you gray."
Gray walks over to Eth and goes to shake his hand and say sorry. Eth looks at him holds his hand out and shakes it.
"Look Gray I guess if only one of can have her then it's best that you have her cause that's what she wants and you saw her first." Eth said with a 'yeh whatever' face.
"Thankyou, now I'm really tired seeming it's now like 8:30 so goodnight. Gray are you coming with or are you staying at your tonight?"
"Do you want me to come?" He replies as he puts his head down.
"Goodnight uncle ted and goodnight Eth. Keep that bandage on your leg but come back tomorrow so I can re bandage it. And Gray com with me." I kinda demand.
"Ok Bub. Night Eth and I'm really sorry. Night uncle ted." He says still with his head down.
I grab his hand and he walks up stairs behind me. We get to my room and sit down on my bed. I just sit for a sec and stare at him. I lean forward and kiss his nose.
"Gray please just look at me." I say softy trying to get him out of this state.
"Why? I fought with my brother over jealousy and I even did it after the girl we fought over had told me that we were fine and she only has eyes for me."
After that he just bursts into tears so I lay his head in my lap.
"Gray it's ok. Gray please look at me." I say as I hold his head up. He looks at me with the saddest eyes.
"Gray I love you and you love me. Look I know I haven't been here long but I definitely know that in my heart there is only a place for you. Your an amazing person and I love you with all my heart."
He looks up at me properly after I finish. I wipe his tears away and kiss his nose again.
"I love you to Skye. Your so amazing and thank you for being there for me in the little amount of days that you've been here."
"Gray it's fine. I sort of wanted to ask you something."
"Yeah ok shoot."
"Do you want to make it official now? We have been through so much and we now know each others feelings."
"Yes. I would love to make it official. I love you so much Skye."
"I love you to Gray."
We both lean in an kiss for a while so I go to take a breathe and once I have take my breathe he uses it to add tongue which I absolutely do not mind. We make out for a while and then just lay there. I get up and turn the lights off. Just before I lay back down I open up the window to let the beautiful night breeze in. I lay with my head rested in the crook of his neck and then we just fall a sleep. As I fall a sleep all I can think of is how exhausted I am but also how happy I am that today is over!
