Chapter 1

My First story, hope you like it! <33

***Anna's POV***

I can't believe it. He talked to me. He really talked to me.

I ran as fast as I could home. School was just finished and I had to call Eleonore. She is my best friend and lives just across the road from my house.

But where is my phone? I could not find it. Well, well. I can always use our house phone.

“Ring, ring” I picked the house phone up and answered.

“Hello, this is Anna Lewis”. 

"Aaaaah, is it true, did he really ask you out?” I could tell that is was Eleonore, because she always screams into the phone.

“Yes he did. We are going out on Saturday. I can't wait! “I said, while smiling like a fool.

“Okai, I'll be there in 5 minutes, and I am starving, got something to eat?” She said, and I could imagine her rubbing her stomach.

“Got salad and a film, see you soon!” I said before she hang up.

5 minutes went fast, and soon Eleonore was in my house, grabbing some salad and putting the film on. “She is just the best friend ever” I thought to myself. She looked at me with a smile and said “soooooo, do you really like him?” I just nodded and smiled. I didn't really want to talk about it, because she knew that I had liked this guy for 4 years. We watched the film “letters to Juliet” and after that we went out jogging.

I could not believe it. There he stood, Jake Winter, the nicest guy on our school. He is 1 year older than me, which means he is 17, and he has brown hair and dark blue eyes. I had stopped jogging now. I didn't want him to see me like this, but Eleonore had something else in mind. She just smiled and waved to him, like they were best friends. He ran over to us, and we ended up jogging with him to.

“I didn’t know that you were a runner”, Eleonore said smiling.

“Well a football player needs to be in shape, and why are you running" he asked looking at me.

“Anna has asthma, and her doctor has said that she needs to run!” Eleonore said also looking at me. He didn't answer, he just looked at me with concern. Seconds went by, and it was awkward.

“Well I have to jog home now, are you coming Eleonore? And see you on Saturday Jake!” I said running fast home. 

Eleonore followed me, and when we came back to our street, we went to each of our houses.

Saturday:

I woke up smiling. Today was the day! I was going out with Jake. I jumped out of my bed, and took a long and refreshing shower. Washed my hair, soaped my body. After the shower I had to try to find some cloths that I could use. I ended up with my black diesel jeans, a hoddie which said “Ed Sheeran” on the front and my white converse. My hair I had to do something with it. I put it up in a ponytail and put my red ribbon in it.

I went down for breakfast, but I was obvious not the only one. My two little brothers Cieran and Liam, rushed down the stairs before me. Now there would not be any breakfast for me. They are both 13, and really annoying.  When I got down stairs, I decided to just eat some toast with marmite.

The doorbell rang, and Cieran rushed to see who it was. There he stood, with flowers in one hand and a smile on his face. I just smiled and went to get my jacket. He gave me the flowers before we went, I run in to the kitchen and put them in a vase. Now we could go.

He took my hand and I started to giggle. It probably sounded really stupid. But he just laughed and kept going.

“So where do you want to go, Anna?” He said looking at me with question in his eyes.

“Mmmh, what about the park? I just love to be there.” I said with a grin on my face.

“Okai, to the park we go!”  He said dragging me with him.

The park is huge, but there was not many here, in fact we were the only people here. So cool. He kept dragging me to the seesaw. We sat down, and started to talk. We talked about everything. From cars to dolls, from school to playing in the woods. It was the best time of my life. It was now 17.00 am. I had to be back soon, so we walked home. We stopped outside my house, and he looked me in the eyes, saying “I had a great time today”. I just smiled and nodded. “me to” , I said. We were inches apart, and I could smell his perfume, it smelled like the forest, and it was so good. He looked at me and said” I usually don't kiss on my first date, but there is something different with you. I really like you!”

He lean forward and kissed me gently on my lips. I could not believe that he did that. Butterflies poured into my stomach, and almost lifted me of the ground. This was perfect.

He smiled, gave me a hug, and walked away. My heart almost exploded, in happiness. Are we just dating or is he now my boyfriend. I kept asking myself when I went up to my room. I didn't want to call Eleonore, so I just put some music on, and lay down on my bed. James Morrison and Nelly Furtado's voices was singing my favorite song” broken strings”. I started to sing when the refrain started to play:

You can't play on broken strings

You can't feeeel any thing

That your heart don't want to feel

I can't tell you something that ain't real

Bla,bla,bla,bla. I could not hear the song anymore because I was already a sleep. I dreamt something very nice.

DREAM:

 I was on a field of roses, and Jake was there with me. He hold me in his arms, and he pecked me on my lips. Birds was flying around singing a melody I know too easy” love story” by Taylor Swift.

END OF DREAM.

I woke up, and smiled. I really like this guy. And I Think I love him!
