I hear my phone vibrate in my pocket, I grabbed it and checked who was calling, it was pearl. I answered it and I was greeted by her deep voice.
"Hi, vi, oh that rhymed!" She said childishly and I chuckled.
"What do you want?" I asked
"Violet, I miss youuuu" she whined and it made my heart jump a little.
"I miss you too" I started, "but what do you really want?" I said smiling
"Fine, you got me. Do you wanna netflix and chill?" I almost choked.
"What the fuck?!" I said, blushing hard and thankful that this is a phone call and she couldn't see me.
"Net-flix-and-chill" she said slowly like I was dumb. I rolled my eyes and said,
"I get you but do you get yourself? Do you even know what netflix and chill means?" I snapped
"It means that were having a movie marathon, coming over in 5-" I cut her off
"No! it doesn't mean that, and-" but she cut me off too
"Shut up and i don't really give a fuck on what it means. We're watching movies today and that's it. No need to worry, pumpkin" she said.
I blushed at the nickname but it disappointed me a little when she said 'that's it'. Is it wrong for wanting something more?
