the night I don't remember

chapter 1 where it all started

life is good I'm a senior in high school, I have a perfect boyfriend and great friends. Even though these friends make me do thinks that I don't normally do like how Emily talked me into going to Jakes party after the Football game the night my life changed forever. I'm getting ahead of myself I'll start that morning.

I had just pulled into the senior section of the parking lot of Jefferson high it was a regular Friday morning. Me running late therefore dressed like a bumb but Jonathan (my boyfriend for 3 years) loves me sweatpants and all. When Jessica and Emily came running up to me and commented on my outfit I blow it off we are always messing with each other like that. We start up a conversation pretty quick I zone out most of it due to lack of sleep but when Emily snaps her long fingers in my face is realized I missed something.

"I said are you going to Jakes party after the game tonight? You should me and jess are." Emily said a little annoyed at the fact that I wasn't paying attention the first time.

"Umm I don't know" I replied.

I am not really the party type of girl I would rather sit at home and read a book or hang out with Jonathan.

"You should totally come it's going to be super fun. And it's our senior year and you've never been to a party before!" Emily stated.

"Yeah, you can even bring Jonathan" Jessica said trying to convince me.

"Fine! I'll ask him this better be fun. Now let's get to class before were late." I said.

Later that day at lunch me a Jonathan where on our way to Chipotle (my favorite place ever) when I remembered about inviting him to go with me to the party.

"Hey, you busy tonight? Emily and jess are making me goto that Jake dudes party." I said.

"Umm yea I actually am, I have a mandatory family dinner tonight. Yey!" He said sarcastically

"Oh okay, well that sounds fun!" I said joining in on his sarcasm.

"Yupp. Should be the highlight of my day." He joked.

"Maybe we can hang out tomorrow sometime?" I asked.

"Definitely! Now that will really be the highlight of the day." He said with a smile.

The rest of the day flew by really fast. The next thing I knew I was on my way home from school with Emily and jess, we where going to get ready for the game and than go to the party after.

Two hours later and a pound of makeup on my face later we were ready to go. I didn't understand why I had to wear makeup to a football game or a dark party but my friends insisted.

On the way to the game I felt my phone vibrate, most people my age text and drive but I am not one of them no text or worth my amazing life.

When we get there the game has already started and we're up by 7. I check my phone and see the text I got earlier was from Jonathan.

" hey, hope you have fun tonight (not too much tho) sorry I couldn't come. Already counting the seconds till I see you tomorrow. Love you "

I smile at his thoughtfull text I'm so lucky to have a guy like him. I quickly reply to him.

" I doubt I'll have too much fun without you. Enjoy your dinner see you tomorrow. I love you too. "

Me, Emily and jess all find a seat near the middle of the bleachers. I get intrigued with the game while jess and Emily comment on how good the players butts look in their uniforms. I agree but I don't say anything.

The game ends too soon. Another win for us, I think we might win the championships this year the team is really good.

After the game we head to Jakes house the party is in full swing with the people who didn't go to the game. I get out and head in the big house and into the night that changed my life forever.
