Ch.1 The Beginning!

"Hurry up Connor!" I yelled to him how he was slower behind me. "Shut up Sarah! I'm coming!"

I laughed. "Slow poke!" I joked.

His face turned red and he yelled," OH YEAH?!? I'll BEAT YOU THERE!"

"WHA-?! HEY!" I ran faster breathing harder. "Gosh darnit! How are you so fast?!?"

Connor looked back at me and grinned.

"Ugh! Not that evil grin! YOU KNOW I HATE THAT GRIN! Besides! We are already at school!"

"SEE YA!" He shouted as he entered the middle school.

I sighed. "Once again he will probably be late to class... BUT WHO CARES! Well maybe his mom and dad... NOT MY FAULT I TOOK TOO LONG GETTING DRESSED AND DECIDING WHAT TO WEAR!"

Yes, we are in 7th grade, and YES we act childish!

But what's wrong with a little fun sometimes?!? And before you ask, WE ARE JUST FRIENDS!! I DO NOT LOVE HIM!

I was walking in the hall and looked to my left. Connor was standing by his locker "Hey Connor." I waved to him. But I don't think he noticed. Although, I could hear him shouting at his locker. "OPEN STUPID LOCKER!"I laughed. "Idiot" I whispered under my breath.

I also saw Jack walking in the hall. Just then he turned and smiled in my direction. I blushed and thought,"OMG! DID JACK JUST SMILE AT ME?!?

I wondered... How is he so calm with all this racket? I tilted my head. "Huh?" I said. Jack started walking towards Connor. Connor turned around and grinned. "Hey Jack!" Connor said as he high fived him."WHAT?!?" I thought." JACK IS FRIENDS WITH THAT LOSER?" My face was burning red." Having trouble with your locker again?" Jack laughed." Shut up!" I couldn't take anymore of this.

I ran over to my favorite class, math, trying to get away. I know I know for most people it's all like EW MATH BLEH BLEH! For me, WOO! I love my teacher and he is SO nice! And funny! He makes math a blast for me. I mean science is cool also. So what the heck why not! I'm the smart one in my group of friends. At least... I think so! Man I could ramble on forever! A few seconds later Jack came into class. "ARE YOU KIDDING ME!" I thought in my head. After a few more classes I went to science.

Since Science class was at the end of the day, I could finally go home. I heard the bell ring. "WOO FINALLY!" I might have yelled. Everyone looked at me... "Sorry..." I said, pretty embarrassed. I walked out the doors with not much homework, shocking for me. I could see Jack walking home. "Should I go and say hi?" I asked myself. "What's you looking at?" Asked Connor scaring me half to death. "GAH WHAT THE!?" I jumped startled.

"HAHAHAHAHAAAA!" Connor laughed at me.

"SHUT UP!" I yelled back at him. "Oh! And by the way, why are you and Jack... Friends?"

" We've been friends for a while now."

"Really?!" I said shocked.

"Yeah you didn't know that?"

"Uh... Weeeellllll! Yes"

"What do you want me to tell him you liiiiiike him?" He said making a kissing face.

"Eh-... Uh...Of course I..."

"HEY JA..." *covers his mouth*

Jack looked back and asked,"Did you say something?"

"NOPE NOTHING!" I yelled back sweat running down my face. I whispered to Connor,"If you do that again you will never see the light of day AGAIN!"

That shut him up for the rest of the way home.
