Chapter 3

"Matteo Leonardo James!" My mother started "where the hell have you been!?"

I ended up spending the night at Safari's house. I sneaked back in the house through the window about an hour ago and got dressed.

"Sorry mama! I can't be late to school! Love you!" I said before kissing her one the cheek and running into Finley's jeep. Before I could even close the door he speed off in reverse before going back in drive and speed off.

I quickly leaned over to the flying door and closed it.

"Thanks Finn!" I said patting him on the back and walking away.

He scowled at me and walked into the opposite direction to his non existent friends.

"Safari!" I exclaimed jumping on his back. He groaned "Jesus Matteo your heavy!" He said before shaking me off of him. He turned to face me "did you get in trouble with your mom?" He asked.

I grinned "got out of there before she could do anything." I said.

He laughed "your dead meat dude,
From what I heard yesterday your mother will murder you." He said "good luck!"

"Screw you!" I said.

"Wouldn't you like to." He said smirking and wiggling his eyebrows. "Oh you already know it baby." I said in a sexy voice. His eyes widened in surprise and a faint blush rose to his cheeks. "Shut up." He muttered looking away.

I laughed as the first bell rung. "Later sexy." I said winking and slapping him on the ass.

"Grayson, Avery how are you?" I said as I set down. I glanced at their usual healthy lunches and made a face.

"Hello Matteo! I see you and Safari getting along." Grayson said smiling. "Yep. He's cool." I said.

"Just cool? Sure about that?" He said. I blushed before hitting him on his arm.

"Hey buddy watch it!" Avery said glaring at me. "Oh shut up pretty boy! He's fine." I said rolling my eyes.

He didn't listen to me. He asked him like one hundred time if he was okay before kissing the spot where I hit him. I rolled my eyes. How dramatic.

"Finley!" I said to him as he sat down. He glared at all of us before stuffing his face.

"So do you talk?" I said. He stared at me. "Come on man! Not even an insult! A laugh!?" I tried.

He stood up and gave me the finger before sitting alone.

"Hey leave him alone!" Grayson said before rushing over to Finley. Avery followed "come one babe just leave him alone!" He whined.

I rolled my eyes.

"Matteo." Safari said sitting on the opposite side of me. "Safari." I replied with a raise of my eyebrow. "Were you serious about before?" He said blushing and playing with his food. I smirked "hell yeah I was." I said "you got a fine piece of ass."

He turned red. "Shut up." He said.

I laughed again "aww your cute." I said reaching over and pinching his cheek. He scowled and pushed my hand away. "What's the matter baby?" I said, taking a bite of my food.
