Allison glanced at the passed out guard on the floor. She raised her gloved hand and spoke. "Take him to the infirmary immediately!" As soon as she gave out an order, two guards rushed in and carried the passed out guard out of the room.
Allison sighed. Out of all the days, it had to be her coronation day. If anything were to happen to the kingdom, she would be responsible due to her mother's absence. She would not let her kingdom down.
She turned to Crystal and walked off of the podium, taking her white gloves off. "Come with me outside, we must investigate what happened." Allison then concentrated all her energy into summoning her sword. In a flash of light, her sword appeared in her hands. Her sword had a silver handle that had her family emblem in bright colors.
After Crystal summoned her red flame gauntlets, the two walked outside of the ballroom. Allison glanced at Omni before leaving and noticed something odd. Underneath her hood, Omni seemed to be...crying...? She just assumed Omni saw a bad timeline, not wanting to upset her further by asking.
The two young girls walked out of the castle to come face to face with a shocking sight. At their feet were dead bodies, scattered throughout the front of the castle as pools of blood formed beneath them. "T...this was the search party I sent out." Allison spoke, her voice shaken with fear.
Just then, Crystal suddenly grabbed Allison into a choke hold. "Crystal! What is the meaning of this?!" Allison managed to speak while trying to catch her breath. Then something caught her eye, there were strings attached to Crystal as if someone was controlling her like a puppet. "I don't know but I can't control myself!" Crystal responded, trying to listen her own grip.
A chilling laugh suddenly filled the air. "Oh lighten up will you high and mighty princess?" A high pitched child-like voice spoke. Allison's eyes widened at the voice. "SHOW YOURSELF!" She managed to yell.
Suddenly, a woman with blonde pigtails appeared behind Crystal, wearing what appeared to be a pink oversized doll dress. "Lookie princess! I dressed all fancy for your coronation!" The childish woman smiled.
The woman suddenly moved her hand, bringing up a piece of string. Crystal suddenly let go of Allison and bowed to the pink dressed woman. "As you can see, all my other puppets broke. Such a shame really...but now I have a new, sturdy puppet to play with!" The woman laughed evilly.
Allison scowled, bringing up her sword. "Release her Mari...or else feel the wrath of the Artemis kingdom!" Mari raised an eyebrow and laughed again. "Fine then, it's only fair if I take out my weapon~!" Mari finally revealed something that she was hiding behind her back.
In her hand was a beautiful sword with a golden handle, having the Artemis kingdom emblem on it. "Wasn't it nice of your dear ol' mother to hand this to me~?"
