Chapter Eleven

(Three Months Later)

"I have something to tell you." Paisley said as we sat on her bed reading magazines.

"What is it?" I asked suspicious, looking up from my magazine.

"I'm pregnant."

I looked at her and shock and wanted to ask if it was from her being raped or if she had, had sex with someone else.

"If your wondering it's from when I was raped. I was a virgin before and I'm not ready to have sex."

Well that question was answered.

"Are you going to keep it?" I blurted out.

"I don't know. I have about six more months to decide."

"I'll support you whatever you decide to do. Have you told your grandma yet?"

"Yes, I have I can't hide anything from her. She knew before I even told her and she's not mad considering how I got pregnant."

I was in disbelief that she is pregnant. Micah is going to lose his shit when he finds out.

Zach and his friends got off Scott free with raping Paisley. Their rich parents bought them out of trouble.

"We can't let Micah know. He will kill them." I said.

"Maybe he should." She replied.

I know what she went through was traumatic but I don't need Micah murdering them.

I just looked at her. I couldn't believe that she just said that.

"Okay class get out your text books and turn to page sixty-seven." Mr. Fredrick said as he stood in front of the class.

I looked to my side and saw Zach sitting next to me. I wanted to beat the crap out of him. I don't know if it's his baby or not but he took part in raping Paisley. He shouldn't be in here, he shouldn't be in school. He should be sitting in a jail cell next to his worthless friends.

He looked at me and gave me a sly smile.

"You know Paisley is pregnant you pathetic fuck." I whispered to him and his smile faded.

I turned back to my book and started reading.

"What do you mean she's pregnant?" Zach finally whispered back to me but I ignored him.

If I kept talking to him I'd probably get up and sock him a good one. I already wanted to.

"Eva, what do you mean she's pregnant?" He continued again.

"I mean she's pregnant you idiot and you or one of your pathetic friends are the father." I said as I glared at him.

I could tell he was upset. I could tell that this was going to ruin his or one of the pathetic friends reputation if the truth would come out.

"Eva and Zach you can talk after class now hush or it will be detention for both of you." Mr. Fredrick said and went back to teaching.

After class I met up with Paisley and told her that I had told Zach.

"What do you mean you told Zach?!" She screamed at me.

"Yeah why is it a big deal?" I asked confused.

"I trusted you to keep your mouth shut. Why would I want him or his buddies to know that one of them got me pregnant? They raped me! They don't deserve to know anything!"

"Okay I'm sorry Paisley. I didn't know you saw it that way."

"No, Eva, just fuck off!" Paisley yelled and walked away.
