WHATEVER PROBLEMS SAM and Dean had in the past all seemed to be resolved, and Violet couldn't be any happier.

The blonde couldn't stand to see the brothers bicker but since Sam's return nothing of the sort had happened. There had been a moment in the impala when Violet thought that an argument would break out, but thankfully the situation had been resolved before it could get any worse.

The three were now in Ohio where there appeared to be a rather strange case in a small town called Canton. But then again, when did the Winchester's ever find a normal case?

A man named Cal Hawkins appeared to have died in a tragic car accident, but the strange thing was that there was no one on the site for miles aside from the man's best friend; Jim Grossman.

Jim taped a video of himself walking over to the garage, not seeming to know that his best friend was dead in the front seat of the car. Seeing as Jim was the only person on site he was immediately taken into police custody and it seems as though he will be the one charged with Cal's murder. The only thing that Sam, Dean and Violet couldn't seem to get their heads round was how Jim would've been able to slam Cal into a windshield. The force needed alone must've been at least eighty miles per hour, and there were no signs of demonic possession. Therefore there was no way that Jim couldn't done this, it had to have been something else – now they just had to figure out what.

After a lot of speculation from the Sheriff, the three hunters made their way into an interview room where they'd managed to arrange a meeting with Jim Grossman himself.

"I was in the house when it happened, I didn't even see it." Jim told the three, fiddling with his fingers as he sat quietly at the table.

"For argument's sake, say we believe you." Dean's response instantly caused Jim to look up at him in confusion, brows furrowed as he tried to get his head around what was happening.

"Why would you? The cops didn't."

The older Winchester let out a light chuckle before flashing Jim a mischievous grin, "Well, we're not your typical cops."

"Please, just tell us what you saw." Sam pressed the man further, although he had a sympathetic tone to his voice which hid this.

Violet remained silent as she didn't particularly know what to say. For the moment, she'd just prefer to listen to get an understanding on how to talk to people during cases – Sam and Dean managed to do it rather well and always found out what the information that they needed. Violet needed to observe their tactics so she could learn how to handle cases by herself.

"It's not what I saw, it's what I heard; tyres squealing, glass breaking." Jim paused for a few moments as if debating on whether to say what else had happened. Finally, the man broke and he let out a sigh. "It was the car that did it."

Bewilderment immediately surged throughout all three of the hunters in the room and they each looked at one another with incredulous looks on their faces.

"The car?" Sam repeated, a hint of shock evident in his voice.

"I mean I heard about the curse but I just thought it was a load of crap."

With wide eyes, Dean held one of his hands up to signal for Jim to stop talking. "Curse, what do you–what do you mean, curse?"

"The car; Little Bastard."

To say that Dean's eyes widened was an understatement, they quite literally popped out of his eye sockets as he was so excited.

"Li – Little Bastard? As in the Little Bastard?"
