He gets back in his lonely home after a hard day at work. He's tired of it all. He opens the highest cupboard in the kitchen and takes out a small bag with white powder inside. He carefully spreads it on the table and sniffs it quickly. What a life! He thinks. Good paying job, no wife to annoy him all day and a giant house to live in! Who wouldn't like that?

He opens the fridge. Nothing. He then checks the freezer for some frozen food. Again, nothing. He'd have to go to the 24/7 which is fortunately only around 15 minutes away from his house. He grabs the newspaper that has been delivered to his house in the morning that day and quickly reads the Headline before leaving the house. 'The chicken's 17th victim, who will be the 18th?' He has heard of the 'chicken'. Some guy dressed as a chicken going around the city raping 40 to 50 year old men... Of course he knew it was just made up, why would anyone do that? He threw the newspaper on the couch and left his home.

It was already dark outside. Had it really been that long? He though as he looked at his watch; 22:36. He didn't do it often, but he decided to take the shortcut to the supermarket, which saved him 5 minutes. It was a series of dark alleyways in between tall buildings. He was halfway there when he notices something at the corner of his eye. A person. As soon as Jeremy turned around, the figure immediately hid behind a bin. Jeremy thought he was just seeing things. He was not only tired, but he also took a dose of cocaine only 10 minutes ago. Still, he picked up the pace... After about another 5 minutes of fast walking, he was sure that there wasn't anyone. And what was even better was that he had reached the shop.

He left the shop with a bag filled with bread, milk, ham, cheese and some breakfast cereal and headed back the way he came. He wasn't that worried anymore as he had forgotten about the 'figure' he thought he saw. He walked for five minutes when someone appeared from around the corner. It was hard to figure out the person's features as it was really dark. Jeremy tried not to look too much, he didn't want any fangirls trying to take selfies with him at this time of the night. But as soon as Jeremy got closer to the person, he saw that the figure was wearing something odd... It was like a costume... Like a... Like a chicken costume!
