Yeah, Rory is me, but in the story Rory is going to be a boy instead of a girl like irl. through most of my stories Rory is going to change genders
-
"Rory?"
A harsh, almost whisper, screeching voice echoed through the empty classroom.
"And- I'm awake!" The tired boy swung his head upright so it no longer lay on the desk.
His teacher had shot him a burning glare whilst pointing towards the closed glass door.
Rory glanced in that direction, soon realising he had slept in.
"It won't happen again." He promised, turning back to face the old hag that should of retired years ago.
"You told the same thing to me the last ten times." She retorted back, frail hands to the hips.
She pulled back her lip in a snarl and watched the poor highschooler march his way quickly from the room.

Of course I fell asleep, he sighed to himself, and I probably missed that call-
Rory checked his white iphone for any missed calls or texts.
He would refresh most of the apps and check in all the contacts.
But nothing.
He sighed in relief, knowing his sleep hasn't caused himself to miss anything important.
Rory smiled to himself, his eyes brightening with relief.
He proudly straightened his posture, lifted up his foot to take a step forward and-
BAM

"A ball!?" The boy screeched, helplessly lying on the concrete whilst his arms and legs were spread out on the floor.
His head lightly stung from the force of the basketball bouncing of his head.
Rory let out an irritated sigh and tried to hoist himself up.
He placed his arms behind him for balance, an rose to his feet.
With a quick glance around his surroundings, trying to ind the source of the thrown basketball.
But as a small child rushed passed he soon realised a basketball game at the schools basketball court was happening.
And standing in the middle of the cheering and laughing friends was a girl Rory would always know.
He could spot the same long strands of brown hair and big black glasses anywhere.
This was his best friend, Kaitlyn, who had a basketball game every Friday 20 minutes before school ends.
And Yes, she skips out on the last few minutes of class.
Rory couldn't help but smile.
But then remembered how awkwardly it would be, since he was standing in the middle of the school.
He lifted up his hand quickly to wave to her, and she waved back.
Being happy with himself, the boy decided to head back to his house.
Since of course he had a strange last 30 minutes of the day.

-.-.-.-.-.-

An assortment of text books were slammed onto the dull wooden desk.
The desk was so old it might as well had survived the Stone Age.
Rory himself was surprised it hasn't collapsed underneath the weight of the junk piled on top of it yet.
Now it was his turn to collapse, right into the soft red cushioning of his bedroom bean bag.
"Right, is there a reason why we are discussing job ideas?" Kaitlyn tilted her head and flopped into the other bedroom beanbag.
"Yeah, we need money or we'll be broke. I have to move out in at last a month, and if no money comes then I'm homeless."
Rory ran his fingers through his soft brown hair, and bit his lip slightly.
He knew he was the one who brought up the subject, yet it got him frustrated.
He sighed in defeat as he felt his bladder fill up.
"Hold on, Kaitlyn," he lifted himself to his feet by the help of his desk.
"I need to piss, be right back." He mumbled, trudging over towards his bedroom door.
"Don't touch anything when I'm gone."
Giving one last warning towards his best friend, who jokingly raised her hands in surrender.

Kaitlyn flopped her hands back down to her side as Rory disappeared behind the door.
She let out a bored sigh and tilted her head to draw back up at the ceiling.
Then she got an idea, ad faced back at Rory's desk.
She rose to her feet and padded towards the decorated desk, disobeying Rory's rule.
With the desk being decorated with newspaper clipping and sketch books, not to mention a few magazines, she began her search.
Kaitlyn's hands glided around the wooden surface until she had decked to pick up the most recent newspaper.
Letting out a quick aha, she began her search for a job.
Of course she only did it for her and Rory's good, they did almost everything together.
She let her eyes fall upon the certain letters, which read in bold writing;

Help wanted; Fazbear Fright

Kaitlyn seemed satisfied, then began to red the rest of the museums information.

Fazbear fright horror attraction
Night guard needed from 12 am to 6 am
Will not pay for any minor or major injuries
What could possibly go wrong?

"Yeah, what could possibly go wrong in a newly open horror attraction," Kaitlyn mumbled in thought to herself.
And at that moment was the sound of the door clicking.
Which was also the sound f Rory returning from his toilet trip.
Rory growled out a distressed sigh and ran his hands through his hair.
"Kaitlyn I told you not to-"
But before Rory could even finish his hurried sentence, Kaiylyn cut in and shoved the newspaper clipping into his face.
"Yeah but my snooping lead us to a job!"
She sung to the confused boy as he snatched the paper from her hands.
His eyes aggressively scanned the words, and he quickly shook his head in disapproval.
But he let out a quieting sigh.

"Nothing is worse than finding a night guard job at a local horror attraction." Rory calls out calmly, leaning back in the loud shifting bean bag his ass was placed upon.
Kaitlyn laughs, taking Rory's statement as a joke as she too leant back in the bean bag. "A job is a job, and we need money."
Rory's eyes glowed with worry, and Kaitlyn flashed him a smile, obviously blind against his concern. "Besides, how hard can it be guarding one animatronic animal?"
She laughed and rested her arms behind her head. "Plus a running the air ventilation." She shrugged.
