Kagome pov

Inuyahsa stands in front of me no emotion on his face. "Kagome you need to leave the group we don't need another miko. " "what do you mean?!" "Kikyo is going to be with us now." I stared at the man I thought I loved. I turned around and ran away from the village and well. Away from everything I know. I hate you inuyahsa!!! As night fell I began to walk. I left everything with them at kaede's. I have some money with me I'm going to buy a kimono.

I heard laughter from a child and as I got closer I spotted Rin. "It's lady kagome!" I smiled as Rin ran up to me. "Hi kagome!" "Hi Rin. " I looked around for sesshomaru and didn't spot him thank god. "Lady kagome where is that filthy mutt?" "He uh kicked me out of his group I have no clue where he is." Rin looked at me sadly and hugged me again. "That was mean of him! You're so beautiful!" I giggled and hugged Rin back. "Rin."

I turned to face sesshomaru. Rin smiled and squealed. I suddenly felt weird in my short skirt. "Uh hello lord sesshomaru I was just leaving." I said and began to walk away. "No kagome don't go. Please stay it will be good for Rin to have a woman to look up to. " sesshomaru sounds so kind. I nodded my head and Rin smiled again.

Sesshomaru pov
Why is my mutt brother. This is his miko. There is a sadness around her. I watched Rin and kagome talk about things like flowers and girly things. Soon Rin fell asleep and kagome starred at the night sky. "Miss kagome I don't mean to be nosy but why aren't you with my brother. " " he kicked me out of the group so his clay pot girlfriend could travel with them. He doesn't want me around...he doesn't need me. " kagome said without looking at me a single tear fell down her right cheek and I sighed.

"Kagome you can travel with us for as long as you wish. It will be good for Rin to have someone else protect her. " "I don't have a sword my lord. " I reached behind me and pulled out the Sakura sword. "Here use this. " I handed kagome the sword and it glowed pink in her hands it's meant for her. "Thank you." Kagome looked at me and smiled a dazzling smile. Why would inuyasha throw away a beauty like kagome? She's kind.

Inuyasha pov
Kikyo walked with me to the village. She won't look at me. "Kikyo what's wrong?" "Inuyasha you didn't have to kick kagome out. Shippo needs her as a mother and I'm not going to ask him to treat me like kagome. " kikyo stated as we got closer to the village. We walked into the hut to find songo hitting miroku. "Inuyasha where is kagome?" "I kicked her out."

"Lady kikyo hello." Miroku said smiling. "Hello. I guess I will be traveling with you guys. "

Kagome pov
I woke up to the smell of burning fish. I got up to see Rin crying. "Lady kagome I tried to make breakfast but i ruined it!!" "It's okay Rin I will teach you to cook let's go get more fish. " I smiled at the sleeping sesshomaru and took Rin get more fish. We returned with ten fish.

I taught Rin to cook and she smiled. "Why didn't you get upset kagome?" "Because getting upset when someone tries never helps. " Rin smiled. Sesshomaru got up and smiled at us. I smiled back and Rin went to pick wild flowers for me to braid into her hair. "Kagome you are so kind to Rin. " " yes I've always wanted a little sister and she is like on to me. " "oh. " "lord sesshomaru where is Jaken?" "He's at my castle. "

Rin came back and I began to fish tail braid her hair and add flowers. I finished her hair up by adding a flower crown. Rin squealed and ran off again. I pulled my hair into a messy bun and Rin came back with a flower crown for me. She placed it on my head and we got ready to travel back to the west to sesshomaru's castle.

Rin stayed behind sesshomaru. I pulled my sword out as j sensed danger.
