For some reason it felt like I was here for months but it's only been a week. I've been waiting for Daniel to finally make his decision between me and Lura, but he was right.

I couldn't force him to leave her and run to me. I watched as him and Lura made their way into the apartment, me Nancy and Patrick was in the living room watching "Divergent".

Usually Lura speak whenever she sees me but since his birthday she hasn't said a word to me.

Nancy was making herself real comfortable next to me as she had her feet crossed on top of mine.

Daniel walked into the living room sitting on the couch taking a deep sigh. "Long night bro?" Patrick asked as Daniel pulled his hat over his head.

He didn't respond back to Patrick question as all our attention went back towards the tv to finish the movie.

Out the corner of my eye Lura walked towards the door with some of the stuff she had left over in Daniel room that I seen but I never said anything about.

She didn't speak to anyone as she walked out the door as it slammed shut.

           "Excuse me, let me go check up on this girl" Nancy said as she crossed over my leg walking towards the living room door.

Daniel still had his hat over his head not responding to anything. I wanted to ask him what was wrong, but I didn't.

It was best for me to stay out of his relationship with Lura. He got up from the couch walking into his room as I slowly followed just to see what was really going on.

Daniel laid across his bed on his back with his hands behind his head, his eyes turned towards me as I got closer to him causing him to look up at me.

"Not right now jay, not up for it alright" he said without me saying a word to him. "Trouble in paradise ?" I asked ignoring his statement.

"You would like that?" He said with a smirk looking away from me. "No, I want you to be happy Daniel. You can talk to me, I know when to set my feelings aside and be a friend when I have to" I said sitting next to him pushing his leg away from me.

"She knows something is going on between us" he said leaning up from the position he was in.

            "I swear I didn't tell her anything, did you talk to Patrick?" I asked curiously. "No, no" he said pausing shaking his head.

"I did by accident " he said getting up from the bed. "Fuck" he screamed out. "Jordan why did you come here!?" He shouted as he slammed his restroom door.

I stood there still lost about what was going on. "What do you mean Daniel" I asked as I opened the restroom door as he was taking a piss.

"I didn't force you to do shit!" I snapped at him as he made his way to the sink. "Everything was good until you came confusing me and shit, I'm trying to change my life around and do what's best for me."

He said trying to walk pass me as I pushed him back. "So it's all my fault ?" I said as my jaws started to clinch up.
