Third Person Point Of View.

"I-I-I st-still c-can't b-b-believe i-it." Chan cried into WonWoo's shoulder as WonWoo patted his back.

"Sh, it's ok, it's ok." WonWoo said rocking him back and forth and swirling circles in his back. Chan was sitting on his lap like a little child, that he was. Chan needed some comfort today since he wasn't in the best of his mood. The summer had just finished and on the third week of school they stayed off, also known as skiving.

Mingyu, Jihoon and Soonyoung were also there sitting on one side of WonWoo's bed, sitting awkwardly and not knowing what to do. WonWoo was the only one who knew how to make someone feel comforted. He looked like an emo sort of goth, cold hearted person wearing beanies all the time. No, he was not a goth or cold hearted but he did sometimes think of himself as an emo sometimes. He could be mean and cold but if he accepted you, he would be like a big or small brother.

Mingyu reached over an patted Chan's head thinking of something to say and after a long time finally thought of something, "Hey why don't we go get ice cream and pizza and watch a movie?"

"Oh my god Mingyu, is that the only thing you could of?" Jihoon said rocking his head.

"Yeah it was more cheesy than the pizza than you would've ordered." Soonyoung said which made them all burst out in laughter with an exception of Chan, of course. They didn't laugh for more than four seconds because Chan just cried louder which made all be quiet and WonWoo lay his head on Chan's shoulder, "Sh it's ok, you'll be fine, I promise."  WonWoo said.

The crying stopped after a while as Chan fell asleep on WonWoo's lap. They all looked at each other and sighed. Finally, some peace, they all thought.

WonWoo slowly removed Chan's head off of his lap and onto his pillow. He stroked his face slowly and felt how wet it was, poor thing.

WonWoo looked down at his T-shirt he put on only three hours ago, it was drenched in salt water. He sighed and walked to his wardrobe, taking a fresh top and putting it on. He turned around to his friends and looked over them, "Poor kid, he didn't deserve this." They all nodded their head in agreement. Just three hours ago Chan was told that his mother had lung cancer for a long time and has just reported to the doctors which led to her passing away. She didn't have a healthy life though, she gave birth to him at only fourteen and went on drugs. He still loved her even though they spent little time together each year, she worked as a dinner lady in a local high school.

If you were wondering, he could have unlimited tears because he's from a mermaid family. Yes a mermaid family. Apparently his dad was a mermaid so that makes him, half mermaid. We didn't have a lot of proof but he is ever since he practically swims like one and can breathe inside water.

They aren't humans. Not any if them.

WonWoo came from a half vampire half werewolf family, it's not easy to explain. Well, his mum was half werewolf half fairy and her mum was full werewolf and her dad was full fairy. On the other hand his dad, he was half vampire half human, his mum was a human while his dad was vampire. When he was born, he got a DNA test and they told the parents that he was a hybrid. He wasn't part human or fairy though, just werewolf and vampire so he was practically enemies with himself.

They all looked around awkwardly until Soonyoung spoke, "How about tomorrow we invite everyone out, to make Chan happier."

"That would be good, we just need to find something to do and make sure nothing brings this subject up." Mingyu said.

They all looked at Chan who was peacefully sleeping, tears covering his face. He looked so adorable when sleeping, Jihoon thought.

The only thing they didn't know, was that Chan had a crush on one of their friends and that friend liked him back.
