District One was always the better trained, well most of them, but even District one had farms, and someone grew up on these, and being a farm boy meant no time to actually even train. Zacherais Smith was one of these people. He wasn't raised in the harsh 'Train till you collapse' reisheme that everyone else was. He was merely taught the workings of a farm.
So when he was the chosen boy of the 2nd Wizard Games, 19 year old Zacherais was in for a hell of a time.
(psssst before you ask in the wizard game its 11+ age not 11-16 so don't jump to the conclusion that I haven't read THG books, I have and I know each HP characters ages, but in here im gonna make their ages different so they are all either younger or older. District One was the District of Spell Creators, each District did something different, and so being in one meant that they knew secret or new spells and could create them easier then others.
The crazed of Spell makers was 'The Strange.' They called her that because quite frankly she was crazy. Nobody approached Bellatrix Lestrange (neé Black) unless they had a death wish.
When she was chosen for the 2nd Games the people of District one saw it as both a Blessing and a Curse in itself.
They had been rid of Lestrange, but she would show weakness on be half of their District.
