I sat in a wooden chair, looking at the clock ticking. It never stops ticking, this clock. Sometimes clocks stop, time stops, life stops, but this clock has never stopped. That's a lie, it stops all the time, one second, two seconds, three, four, five. Its always stopping, time stops every second.
"Mr Ackerman please cooperate" Dr Erwin spat with a bored tone. I flicked my eyes over to his and smirked. My scratchy strait jacket pulling my arms together was so awkward to move in, but somehow comfortable. Why was I thinking that? Anyway.
"I am. Now finish your sentence. Why would you stop talking in a sentence? There's no full stop half way through one, that would make it two." I questioned. Dr Erwin started to loose his patience with me, I could tell.
"Whatever. Long story short, your routine is going to be shared with another patient. Eren Jaeger. "
I kept my eye-contact with Dr Erwin as if to ask for more information. He shook his head and sighed.
"So curios Mr Ackerman." the doctor sighed as he shuffled his papers into a neat pile. He tucked them into his laptop bag and stood up after he zipped it up.
"Tomorrow, we will speak more about this," he turned to walk out but stopped "I expect you to engage more, Levi Ackerman."
Dr Erwin walk two steps and the door automatically slid close behind him. Now I was alone, and I waited to be escorted to my cell. as I expected, a slim brunette walked in and pushed the door open behind her.
"C'mon Levi. Room time." her voice was soothing, so I hopped out my chair and walked toward the open door. The door was thick and barred, it reminded me of prison. I was in prison before I came here, then they thought I was sick. So here I am, hideous place. Patient 0654.
My room. Blank and boring. a poster on the wall from a friend, and some stuff under the bed.
The brunette undid the buckles on my back and hung up the jacket in my metal wardrobe, which had bloodstains of where I self harmed against it.The floor was tiled, and cold. Finally, the lady closed the door and left, now I was alone again.
I slid under my bed and pulled a wooden box out onto the floor, inside, was a paper clip, a hair pin and a fake playhouse key. I was going to get out, for food, yes, but I wanted to see who this Eren Jaeger was. He sounded promising.
