Leah
"Leah wake up or you'll be late!" I groaned as I tumbled out of bed. I searched threw my closet, hastily picking out a simple black top along with my purple and black flannel. I threw on black skinny jeans and a pair of grey high top converse. I lazily brushed through my thick black hair. Running my fingers through my waves, I threw on some mascara and eyeliner. I grabbed my backpack and walked downstairs. My mom eyed me as I grabbed an apple, I turned to her and raised an eyebrow "What?". She sighed "This is what your wearing for your first day back? Look at how beautiful your sister looks. Bree show your sister your stunning outfi-" I cut her off "Look mom, I could care less what Sabrina is wearing. I'm leaving." I rolled my eyes and started walking to school.I put my combination in and my locker popped open. I took out my necessities and headed to first hour. I sat down in the middle row by my friend Shaylin. She smiled "Hey Lee, what's wrong? Is it Sabrina?" I nodded "My mom thinks I'm not dressed up enough for the first day. But little Bree Bree is so fucking perfect, she looked soooo stunning." Shaylin rolled her eyes "She's a hoe." She punched my shoulder lightly "Leah, don't worry about it. I bet you look a million times better than her." I smiled lightly at her words, just for it to disappear. Just as I thought my day couldn't get any worse Sabrina and her two little whores walked in. Sabrina, Jessica, and Hope are the 3 most popular girls at WestSide. I looked down hoping they wouldn't notice me. No luck. Sabrina sat down a row ahead of me both Hope and Jessica following her. "Hey look it's Lesbo Leah." Jessica snickered at her joke and turned around to gossip about her boyfriend Luke. I rolled my eyes as the teacher began speaking about the parts of some random animal.
*time skip*
By the time school ended it was pouring rain. And guess what? I had to walk home in that rain. I pulled my jacket tighter around me and began walking the 6 blocks home. I rounded the corner only to be shoved into the street. I looked up to see a guy around 17 walking by. He stopped and helped me up "I'm so sorry.." I sighed "No, it was my fault. I wasn't watching where I was going." He smiled "I'm Jacob, Jacob Brantley. But call me Jake." I looked down "I'm Leah..." He sighed "I'm sorry about running into you, maybe we could hang out some time?" I shook my head "No thanks. Um....sorry for......this. Bye.." I began walking very fast towards my house. I don't know what it was about that Jacob guy but he gave me the shivers. I unlocked the front door and slammed it shut as I walked in. I walked into my room and slid off my converse deciding to call it a day. It was kind of dark out and Shaylin would be spending the night at Mark's. No, Mark is not her boyfriend. Mark is Shaylin's older brother. Her parents kicked him out when he was 16 because they caught him smoking pot. I personally think it's a bunch of bullshit that they kicked him out. He's a good kid. I slid off my skinnies and curled up in my large comforter, slipping into a dark sleep. Dreaming, dreaming about Jacob Brantley
