The chapter name is kinda misleading since this theory isn't just about Neverland, so sorry!
I have a theory!
You guys: well yeah, we could tell by the name of the chapter -__-
Ugh, what a bunch of smart asses!
OK so what if Peter Pan wasn't the first boy who could fly just by thinking happy thoughts and was the leader of the Lost Boys? What if the role of Peter Pan is passed from person to person? And if that's true, is it safe to say that a certain white haired boy with ice powers could have been a candidate???
You guys: So what are you trying to say???
Shut up! Let me finish.

Anyway, like I was trying to say that what if Jack Frost was a Peter Pan???
You guys: OMG TELL US MORE!!!
OK! So there are 2 ways I could see this happening:
1. Jack Frost is so bored with not having anything to do in his spare time, which is all his time, and just started flying off with care on where he's going. Inadvertently, he flies towards the second star to the right and straight until morning until he comes across a strange island filled with wondrous things. He decides that he wants to stay on the island and from being there for awhile, he meets and befriends many people, including a group of boys that he calls the Lost Boys. Jack and his lost boys go on tons of adventures together until Jack just gets bored with it like he does with everything and wants to leave the island, but not before finding a trustworthy person to become the new leader of his Lost Boys. Just because he wanted to leave doesn't mean he didn't care about his crew. And the rest is Disney history.
2. Jackson Overland was visited by Peter Pan when he was younger and taken to Neverland just like the Darling children. Peter took Jack on many adventures and he wanted Jack to stay with him. But just like Wendy, he didn't want to forever and Peter reluctantly took him back home.
