Chapter 9

My necklace was glowing just a bit brigther, but not bright enough too be noticed... yet. 'what is happening?!' I couldn't believe my eyes, 'what is he doing here! He can't be here! this is bad!'

At the end of the hallway, surrounded by girls was Alexander. And he was walking directly towards me. "Alexander?!" I said with disbelief, which made him smirk, "I do believe, that I never got your name" his question made all the girls behind him sigh, all of them lovestruck. But then they glared at me. "My name is Melissa" "lovely too meet you again, Melissa" he took my right hand and kissed it, "so a bad boy and a gentleman?" "only for you" he replied and winked. 'Okay what is this guys problem?' "Can I talk too you in private? Like now" I asked, though he didn't get to answer since I took his wrist and just pulled him with me. I went into the janitors closet, and after I had locked the door, I turned to see him smirking again, "you know if you wanted some privacy you should just say so... Though it isn't the first time my charms has worked this fast on a girl" he said and put his hands on the wall beside my head, this comment made me, roll my eyes at him and step under his arm, and behind him. "I didn't want to make out with you or anything like that! I would never do that with a guy I only met once besides, the reason that I pushed you in here was too talk about what the hell you're doing here?!" I hissed at him. Realization hit him and he said "oh that? I just transfered" "not that! what are you doing on earth! You should be in Elloris" he looked confused, "well now beauty... you're not the only one who can travel through worlds anymore" "what?" "I know you can do it with ease, and I am stuck here for a while... but the fact still remains, I can do it as well. And guess how" he smiled, then he took his right hand in front of him self. And as he did this, the same kind of magic light came from his hand, except his light was blue, the light quickly replaced it self with a beautiful red rose.

"You're a wizard" I whispered, I slowly took the rose from him. "And you better remember it" he winked and then the blue light surrounded him and he disapeared, "how powerful is he! if he can teleport! I can't even do that yet" I walked out, of the janitors closet and walked towards the cafeteria. "Melissa there you are, I thought he would never let you go, what did he want?" Sara asked me as I sat down besides her, "what who?!" I asked panicked they couldn't know about who Alexander really is. "Hello? anyone there, what did mr. Blake want?" she asked again, "mr. Blake? oh right, it was nothing really! I just got some extra homework for sleeping in class. "oh want any help with it?" Jake asked, "No it's fine" I smiled softly and returned too eating, I was trapped in my own thoughts about everything that just happened. 'So Alexander is a wizard... And a powerful one at that, what am I supposed to do about it? And all of this extra homework'

*time skip too after school*

I was standing in the bikecycle parking, watching Sara having problems with her helmet, she was generelly an extreme positive thinker, but apperantly her helmet made her so irretated that she was cussing under her breath... A rare sight indeed. "Do you wan-" "NO! I can do this myself... I think" she mumbled the last part, and sighed, "Melissa?" "sure" I answered and walked over too her, she had gotten her hair stuck in the lock, after getting the helmet right she thanked me, and offered "do you want a ride home?" "sorry she can't, don't worry she's going with me" Alexander's voice said from behind me, this made Sara grin at me, and whispered "you didn't tell me you're dating the new guy?!" "I'M NOT! AND when did I ever agree too that" "just now, come on. Besides... I need too talk with you" I glared at him, 'I do not trust him' "Sorry she's not going with you" Jake said, I looked at him, and he looked slighlty angry... why does it bother him anyway? "Jake it's fine, I guess I need to clarify somethings with him too" I walked over to Alexander and he gave a smirk, "now that's a good girl" "shut up" I said under my breath. I sat on the back of his motorcycle, and he said "remember to hold on" I could just hear his smirk, "god... And to think I actually liked you when you first ran into me" I whispered, and slowly wrapped my arms around him. To my surprise he took me to the part of the park, where I last opened the portal. "What are we doing here?" "I need you to open the portal so I can get through" he answered. "And why would I do that?" "come on, I know you'll miss me, but no worries beauty I am going to return, I just came here unprepared. If I stay, I'll have no place to live in... For now" "fine" "wait REALLY?!" he asked surprised, "yeah sure... But first you have to tell me how and why you're here" I crossed my arms over my chest and waited for his reply. "Really? I knew it couldn't be that easy" I raised my eyebrows, and slowly started to turn around and walk home.

"NO wait... I got here thanks too Coralina. My father was a human, so I came here thinking I might find him, but I completely forgot to prepare myself for survival" he smiled sadly. "Fine... I'll do it" "YES! Thank you so much!" he jumped and hugged me, "uhmm okay? I can't do it while you're holding onto me" "oh right sorry" (And you now the drill) I cast the spell and the portal formed, "Wow... Incredible" "just go already" "right, oh and just call me Alex. Alexander sounds so formal" he joked, "really? it's your name how could that be too formal?" I smiled, "just is, see ya later Melissa" he than put his hands in his pockets, and walked casually through the portal, shortly after he had walked through, the portal began shrinking and finally disapeared. "guess I should head home, before mom has another melt down" I sighed and headed home.
