I'm sitting in my classroom all by myself. Looking at the ring in my hand. Tonight is the night. I'm hoping she is going to say yes. I have been waiting for this night for the last eleven years.
My thoughts are interrupted by my best friend, ring me.
" hey buddy what's up" I said.
" Dave you need to get down to my office now" Jake said.
As I get up and start heading to his office. All I could think is why is everyone looking at me. When I get to his office I knock.
" come on in Dave" said Jack.
As I walk in you can feel the testing in the air. I see Jack sitting at his desk. There are two police officers there. One is sitting and the other one is standing.
" Dave take a seat please" ask Jack.
" Jack what is going on in here. Why is everyone staring at me as I walk down the hall" I asked.
" Dave do your ember what you told me about Jennie last year" Jack asked.
" yes I told you that she came on to me in class, and that I did not want her In my class" I said.
" Mr. Coleman we know that the only reason you wanted Jen out of your class is so you can have affair with her" yelled Josh.
" what are you talking about, I love being a teacher and would never sleep with my students. Plus I love my girlfriend, I'm planing on asking her to marry me this weekend" I yelled.
" Dave, Jen says that you been having affair with her for the last year" said Jack.
" we have to take you in for questioning" said Officer two.
" you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say or do will be used against you in the court of law. You have the right to an attorney. If you cannot afford am attorney, one will be provided for you. Do you understand the rights I have just read to you? With these rights in mind, do you wish to speak to me?" Said officer two as they take me out of the school.
" I will get you a lawyer, Dave, and I will find Angel for you" yelled Jack.
Once we get to the jail, they throw me into the cel land make me wait for questions.
I have been sitting in this cell for a week now. I have not been questioned. Angle and my lawyer have never showed up. The only time i see anyone is when they bring me my one meal. That they let me eat. I hear foot steps coming my way.
" Dave you got a visitor" said josh.
As josh pulls me out of the cell. I found out that happens to be Jennie brother. As we walk down the hall to the room. When I walk in, I see my angle there.
"Angel",I said," Babe how are you?" I ran over to her. I was about to give her a hug when she pulled away from me.
" how could you that poor girl and me. I thought you loved me?" She yelled at me
" babe I do love you and I would never do that to you. I never had a affair with that girl. You have to believe me" I said.
I feel I'm going to start crying, if she does not listen to me.
" I don't believe you and we are over " she says and walks out the room, and it of my life.
" Dave I times to go" Dave said. We walk out the room to the cell.
Once I'm back in the cell, I start to cry. Why me? Why? What did I ever do to live like this.
" Dave your lawyer quit yesterday. He said that he can't work with" said Jack coming out of nowhere.
" no one wants to be your lawyer, so the court will give you one. I'm sorry about all this Dave" said Jack. Then he walks away.
A month later.........
" Dave Coleman we have found you guilty. You will be put under house arrest for two years, and you will have watch Angel fall for Josh. You never be able to teach ever aging" said the judge.
If you want to know what has happened. Well I got out of jail a week after Angle left. When I got home my house was getting egged. Everyone treated me different. The worst part is that I found out that Angel and Josh has got engaged. Now here I'm getting told by the judge I will never be able to teach every aging.
When I get home I have a big plan. I can't deal with anymore. When I get court, I have a ankle bracelet on.
When I get home I have everything set up. I go to my gun safe and get my gun, and walk up to my room. The ring and note is ready. I sit on the bed that angle and I have made love so many times. I put the gun to my head and pull the trigger.
A day later............
Knock knock where is he. He can't leave his house.
" Dave open this door right now. It's me Angel.Babe open the door." I said.
When he did not open the door. I got my key out and unlock the door.
" Hello? Dave? Are you here?" I ask .
He most be out back or sleeping. When go to the back door and don't see hi out there. I got to his bedroom, and there laying on is him in a pool of blood.
" Dave ? Dave? Wake up? Right now?" I yell over and over. But it's to let he is already dead. So I lay there and cry.
I when I get up to leave, I see a ring and a letter. I get up and walk over to it. The ring and the letter has my name on it.
Dear, Angel
Now that you are reading my letter someone has found my body. Since you have the letter. Hopefully you have the ring. That ring I was going to give it to you on the day that everything happened. When everything happens I planed on giving it to you after I got out. The day you came to the jail was one of the best days in the last few days I was in jail. I got to see your beautiful face. Then you had to go and tell me that you did not believe me and that we where over. It broke my heart. I cried my eyes out after you left.
So when I got home I planed on getting you back, but you where with Josh by then. Witch was only a week later. Everyone treated me different, and you warned but my side. I want to kill myself that first night, but my silly think thought I would be found non-guilty and prove to you that did nothing and would never hurt you.
Then the day of court I was found guilty, and I could not do it anymore. But remember my Angle that I love you and will also love you. From freshmen year on. I have loved you Angle!
I love you and hope you have a good life with Josh my Angle. I will see you aging someday. I love you.
