Dylan's PoV
------*-------

Her small body pressed close to mine. We jolted with every bump in the road, Blue hissing a breath in each time.

"Shhhh" I mumbled into her matted hair.

We were locked in the back of the little red van. Trapped, there was nothing i could do.

There was no point in banging on the doors no on would hear us.

I tried to concentrate on the swirls of colour running through her hair. Each strand a different shade of blonde. I could never get her hair right when I tried to paint her, she was too unique, too complicated.

I knew what happened to children in this situation but thankfully Blue didn't.

Maybe he would spare her.

She needed to live.

The next thing I knew I felt a heavy object hit me in the back of the head, Blue screaming and everything went black.

Blue's PoV
~~~*~~~
My head was pounding.
A strong arm pinned me down onto the hard floor I was laying on.
I forced myself to flutter open my heavy eye lids.
I was relieved to see that the arm pinning me down was Dylan's. He was still knocked out but had a peaceful look on his face.
i had watched in horror as Dylan was hit with a metal road before the man turned towards me.
As I looked around the room I noticed I was in a large warehouse type room, it seemed to go on for ever. We were laying on the floor in the far left hand corner with a lamp resting on the floor by my head.
I gasped as I saw other bodies dotted around the room some together others alone.
We really were in trouble.
What if their dead and we're next?
I was terrified.
My heart pounding.
Palms sweating.
Body trembling.
I needed Dylan more than ever.
I shook his arm quickly with force I was sure would wake him.
He bolted up right frantically looking around. When his eyes fell on mine he sighed deeply.
He held my face in his hands and looked straight into my eyes.
"Blue. Blue are you ok?" He softly asked me.
I nodded.
"Fine I whispered.
He smiled and rested his chin on the top of my head.
"I'm so sorry Blue... This is all my fault. I love you Blue," he muttered.
I knew he was wrong. I knew it was his fault. However telling him that wasn't going to change any thing it would just make him feel worse. I knew he hated him self for this but he made a mistake.
"I forgive you Dylan. You made a mistake," I told him and I meant every word.
"I love you."
"I love you too."
He kissed the top of my head slowly before standing up.
I stayed sat on the cold hard ground backing into the corner.
"I'm going to go see the other people, please come with me Blue," he pleaded.
I was terrified. Why couldn't this all be a dream?
