~ Chapter 1~ First day of High School

It was the first day at my new High School, and i was freaking out as any other normal tennager!! I get out my new pair of khaki cargo skinny jeans and my new sweater that was a light cream color that had Nerd written in Black my mom brought me from Forever 21 and put them on my bed. I ate breakfast real quick, brushed my teeth, washed my face, and hopped in the shower real quick. I didn't know what to expect, all i knew was the students there were gonna be worse than the ones in 6th, 7th, and 8th grade. I guickly threw my towel around me, hopped out the shower, and walked to my room. While lotioning my skin I remember not to forget my earring this time. I quickly slid my skinny jeans and sweater on over my kinda tight burgandy shirt and sprayed the victoria perfume "Strawberries and Chanpane". After that I toke pics with my new Iphone 5 that I got as a graduation gift from my mom and changed my case to Bemmo from Adventure Time :D I just love Bemmo he's so adorable (: I straightened my hair down my back and put on some black liquid eyeliner, the new Big Eye mascara and my Pink Punch lipstick by BabyLips. Your going to be fine I kept telling myself looking in the mirror. I grabbed my new black and white bookbag and put it on my back. I couldn't forget my beautiful iphone so I grabbed that too and put it in my pocket along with my penguin headphones. After that I said goodbye to my granny and mom and kissed them goodbye. On my way down the stairs I was greeted well more like scared by Indirah. She just jumped out at me and I screamed holding my chest. She laughed at me. "Indirah!!" I said hiting her playfully. "Cmon lets get out of here before we're late for our first day of High School" I said. "Alright" Indriah said runnin down the stairs, I followed her down. We walked to our new High School talking about what it would be like and on the way there we got a couple stares by some unwanted females.

Finally we arrived at our destination! South Bronx prepatory. We saw a open door so we guessed it was the entrence to the school but when we went inside we saw the janitor and some lady kissing. "Ooo" I said in my wierd voice. The lady quickly left and the janitor started cleaning and closed the door. We walked around and approached by another door."Hopefully this one is the right door" Indirah said. "Yea for realz" I replied. Me and Indirah opened the door at the same time and slid inside. As soon as we walked through the door a police officer greeted us. " Good morning and welcome. I'm officer Rose. The principle would love it if you could please report to the cafeteria down the hall." the police officer said. " Okay thanks" I said, as me and Indirah started walking down the hall towards the cafeteria. While me and Indirah were walking down the hall we bumped into 2 boys who whistled at us both. "Sup" a boy with black hair in braids said to me. "Yooo" the other boy with brown hair in a long ponytail said to Indirah. We both rolled our eyes at them and kept walking like the diva's we are. "What was all that about?" I asked. "They tryna get our goodies gurl" Indirah replied. We both laughed walking into the cafeteria.

* In the cafeteria*

"Okay students. I'm going to call your name and when you hear it please come up and take your scedule and head to your first period class" the principle said. " Mathew, Mel, Indirah, Aaron, Jason, Nicole.....". Me and Indirah walked up to him grabbed our scedules,said thanks you, and walked up the stairs while talking. "Who you got?" I asked. "Professor Ari" she replied. "OMG me too" I replied back. So me and Indirah walked together to Professor Ari's classroom. Hopefully this professor is as sweet as her name sounds.

*Professor Ari's classroom*

Nervously me and Indirah walked in the classroom to see a slightly tall, red headed women with light makeup on standing in front of the smartboard. When Profssor Ari realized that we walked into the class she sweetly greeted us.We smiled at her and took our seats.When we sat down there was already a boy who was siting there. Luckily, Indirah was one seat across from me. The boy next to me had dark brown hair also in a ponytail, a light mustache, hershy kiss colored skin, light blue eyes, and he wore some strong colone. I coughed because of the how strong it was and suddenly, he started laughing. "What you laughing at?" I asked with an attitude. "Oh nothing just that your enjoying my colone" he said chuckling. I rolled my eyes and looked away. He tapped my shoulder and said " I'm sorry shawty, I was joking". "emmm hmm and why you touhing me"? I replied. "So what's your name shawty"? he asked me. "I'm Mel and I'm not that short!" I said. He laughed and said "Well your real funny and i'm Aaron", he quickly said extendin his hand out towards me. I grabbed his hand and laughed.He eye balled me and I just rolled my eyes. More students came into the room right after us. All the students that came in after found their seats quickly and quietly only because nobody knew anyone in the class but me and Indirah. Suddenly the teacher burst into the class greeting us saying " Good morning class, Hi i'm Professor Ari and I'll be your humanites teacher for this year"!she said cheerfully. Professor Ari was taking attendance when suddenly a boy with hazel eyes, light brown hair with waves, pink lips, caramel colored skin, about 6'2 walked into the classroom. "I'm sorry Professor, I kind of got lost"... "It's okay now, find your seat on the smart board and have a seat". When he walked through that door all the girls were staring and drooling but I kept my eyes on Professor Ari. He quickly found his seat which was in front of me and sat down, while all the girls were eye balling me. His scent smelt so good, the air kept blowing it in my face. "Yo how have you been bruh?" he said to Aaron dapping him. "I'm good have you seen my girl?" Aaron asked. "Nah bro who?" he responded. "Well girls this one" *points to me* she's gorgorgeous got everything a niqqa looking for dark brown eyes, long hair don't care, ass, and chest woo!! he said. "Since when was I your girl nigga I don't even know you like that" I said and he just laughed."and this one" *points to Indirah* her tits are huge! he exclaims. Indirah slaps him really hard and says "Don't ever look at my boobes again! Stop staring at me niqqa!!" she yells. I laugh while the boy in front of me looks back at me. I look away and see him roll his eyes in the sexiest way ever. I laughed and flipped my hair.Professor Ari finished taking the rest of the attendance not seeing anything that just happened and asked "Does anyone know Henry Box Brown"? Me and some other students raised their hand. "Yes Mel?" Professor Ari asked. All the eyes were on me and I blinked cutely because one of my eyelashes were in my eye. "Oh okay so Henry Box Brown was delivered in a box to freedom. He had a wife named Nancy and about 3 kids, I think. He left them to be slaves while he went to freedom in a stupid box! What kind of man does that?!?! Anyways, he traveled in a box on his head, with little water and food. He was also covered with cold sweat". "Excellent just amazing Mel!" Professor Ari said. "Thank you Professor Ari" I said smiling with my deep dimples. When I was done all the students turned around but the boy in front of me and all I did was smile at him slightly and saw him bit his lip. l turned around to get a pen and my mirror out my bag and when I turned back around to put my pen on my desk, my pen flew out my hand and in front of the boy in front of me. I poked him and whispered in his ear "Oh uh.. Hey can you pass me my pen under your desk please?". He turned around looked into my eyes and then went under his desk and got my pen. When he went to give me my pen his hand touched mine and I laughed. "Thank you" I replied. "Anytime ma" he reponded, winking at me. I flushed rose looking away flipping my hair. When he turned around I toke my mirror out and fixed my lip gloss, but when I closed my mirror I caught him staring at me biting his lip AGAIN. "Don't play yourself home boy, I saw you staring at me again, why though?" I asked. "Look at you your gorgeous any boy would love to stare at you and Can I feel your hair?" he asked me. "And I think not ;Sure why not?" I said. He felt my hair and said "oooo OMG it's so soft" He said. I laughed. I quickly turned around and saw Aaron and Indirah talking. I smiled at her and she rolled her eyes in a playful way at me. I laughed. "Ok since everyone is talking I'm gonna let you have this period to get to know each other" Professor Ari said. "So what your name"? I asked him "Jason" he replied, still touching and playing with my hair. "I love that name it's cute" i responded. "Your's is unque and thanks ma", "Mel" he kept saying out loud. I enjoyed the wind from the window that was hitting my sweater. I just sighed and allowed him to play with my hair. Indirah and Aaron were so loud I hear their whole conversation. "Really?!?" he said and Indirah replied "Yes really!". I couldn't stop smiling, my best friend/sister was finally happy with a boy and that was Aaron. When the bell rang I flipped my hair back got my bookbag and got up. Jason did the same and looked at me. "So who do you have next?" I asked him. "Ms. Harp" he replied. "Oh me too" I responded. " Maybe we can walk together" he said. "Sure thing" I said smiling. He grabbed my hand and pulled me with him.
