(Courtney's POV)

It's been a week since the accident. And I am still stuck in this stupid hospital room. Blake has been gone the last couple of days. His family was on a skiing trip. So, Athena and I have been hanging out together since our lovers were gone. Right now, we were watching t.v. on one of the hospitals old t.v. sets. We were watching I Love Lucy. Athena loves this show because it reminds her of hanging out with her grandma who passed away a couple of years ago. I on the other hand don't really like it, personally. Instead of watching t.v. I was on my phone watching funny videos.

When Athena's phone went off. She answered it, and it sounded like something was happening. She stood up quickly, and started to pace the room. Looking at me only once. Couple of minutes later, and she ended the phone call.

"What happened?" I ask.

She sighs, "Nothing important. Just about my horses, and how I need to find a new instructor. Also, my mom told I got a letter of acceptance to the college of Indiana." She said with a smile.

"Oh my gosh! That's great about the whole college thing. And if you want I can see my instructor can with you. Since I don't know when I will be back in the saddle." I suggested to her.

Her face lit up, "Thank you! That would make my life so much easier if called him for me." She said.

Soon, visiting hours were over. And Athena had to leave. Saying good-bye, and seeing her leave. I sighed, feeling so alone. I grab my phone and see that Blake hasn't texted me today. Wondering what he could be doing. Sighing, I slide down under the covers. Falling asleep to the sound of cars driving past the hospital.

(Athena's POV)

After, leaving the hospital. I drive back home and see Michael in the living room asleep. I laugh and take my shoes off. Walking into the kitchen, and grab a glass of water. Going back to the living room. Turning everything off, and laying a blanket on Michael. I head upstairs and go to my room. When I hear talking in Tyler's room. I slowly leaned my ear against the door. Wondering what he could be doing. Listening for another couple of minutes. Not really understanding what he was saying, and so I give up. Heading to my room, and setting the glass of water on the nightstand. Changing into comfy clothes, and brushing my teeth. Looking at myself in the mirror. My brown hair pulled up in a messy bun, and my green eyes were still the same.

Crawling into bed, when I'm finished with everything. When I get a text from Damon, saying to open my window. I slowly go up to my window, opening the blinds. That's when I see a shadowy figure, down on the ground. I flash my flashlight on my phone. Seeing that it was Damon.

I smile, "What are you doing here?" I ask.

Wrapping my arms around myself. Because the wind outside was blowing around like crazy. "Trying to see you. Come down." He said, spreading his arms open.

"You want me to jump?" I yelled in a whisper.

He laughed at me. "I'll catch you I promise," Damon said.

I held my figure up, saying give me a minute. Making sure that I looked good in yoga shorts, and the t-shirt I was wearing. Looking around for Damon's sweatshirt I had. Throwing it on over my shirt.

Going back over to see Damon still there. I take the screen out of the window and lay it down on my floor gently. Trying not to make noise. Sliding out of the window, sitting on the ledge. "Here I come!" I said.

Breathing in and out. I take a leap of courage, closing my eyes. That's when I feel his arms wrap around me, and my legs wrap around his waist. "You can open your eyes now," Damon said, with a laugh.
