I ran out to catch up with Stefan, but he was already gone, I didn't know where he was. I decided to walk around, I needed to just get away from everyone. I walked around in the woods, I didn't know why the woods always made me feel safe, because I was alone and nobody knows I'm here? Wait, that doesn't sound safe at all, but I didn't care, all I could think about was Stefan, I really hope he's okay. I stopped walking when I looked up and saw a cemetery, this was new, I haven't been in this part of the woods before, I looked around and assumed no one was around, I wandered around and saw a tombstone with two people in the last name of "Gilbert", it sounded familiar but I just couldn't seem to remember who's last name that was.

I heard someone coming and I turned around. I saw Elena standing there, like she was waiting for me to move. It was kinda awkward since we really haven't talked ever since the other night. She looked down and smiled slightly at the ground.

"They were my parents, they died a few months ago."
She was strong, she managed to held back the tears, I felt the pain she was feeling, I feel so terrible to be inlove with the guy that makes her happy.

I nodded and smiled a little at her.

"I am sorry."
I managed not to shed a tear.

"It's okay, it wasn't your fault, it was a car accid-"

I cut her off immediately.

"No...I'm sorry..about everything."

She looked up at me and smiled, she was really nice because I think she knows that there is some good in me. Is there?

"Nobody's perfect, Jade, it was just a big mistake, but I forgive you."
She is very kind-hearted, I've never really met anyone like her, maybe that's why Stefan loves her, her heart is full of joy and kindness, she keeps all the pain she's feeling inside. Who am I to get in the way of that? They deserve each other. I had to stay out of it.

I decided to leave her alone, she needed it as much as I did, to be alone, to just think things through. I told her that I had to go somewhere and do something, we said our goodbyes and I walked to the opposite direction of the cemetery. When I was I walking, I swear I heard someone following me, I looked around and nobody was there. Suddenly I was pinned against a tree in a quick second, there he was, holding me by the throat, Klaus Mikaelson.

"Hello love."
He sounded mad, I knew he was probably gonna rip my throat out, surprisingly he didn't. He let me go and I coughed a little while rubbing my throat.

"What do you want Klaus?"
I kept my voice as brave-sounding as possible.

"You were talking to my doppelgänger."

"Your what?"
What the hell was he talking about?

He just glared at me and sped off to the direction of the cemetery. Oh my god, Elena was there. I can't let him hurt her. I rushed after him but I was too late, he was already holding Elena by the throat while facing me.

"Klaus, don't do this, she's innocent!"
I pleaded.

I can see Elena's confused and scared face.
Klaus just smirked at me and rushed off with Elena. I didn't know where they went. I looked around, trying to figure out what to do, I decided that I would go and look for Elena, without telling Stefan or Damon.

I decided to call Rebekah, but she wouldn't answer. I ran around looking for Elena, or Klaus, what was he gonna do with her? And that's when it hit me, he needs Elena's blood to become a full hybrid, he was gonna sacrifice her. Being a king vampire in New Orleans wasn't enough for Klaus, he wanted to be stronger and more powerful. I can't let that happen, I can't let Elena die.

It wasn't soon when I noticed that it was already dark, I've been out here for hours. I must've been just going in circles. I stopped walking when I saw a stairwell to an underground cave or something. I came down and saw Elena tied up. What is this place? It's like a cellar for werewolves.
"Elena!"
I rushed to her side and tried to untie her, just as I was trying, I heard Klaus talking to someone, he was coming down here, I had to think of something quick to save Elena. I didn't have a choice. I had to feed her my blood. So I did.

When Klaus came, I rushed to hide behind a rock, Elena looked weak and quiet. I gave her the look that I was gonna get her out of here and that it was gonna be okay.

I tried to keep quiet as much as possible. I heard screaming, a witch, casting a spell. I closed my eyes. After what seemed like an hour, I rushed outside and watched as Klaus sucked the life out of Elena, I hid immediately behind a tree, poor Elena, I really wish I could do something else, other than to have to turn her into a vampire.

A few minutes later, I looked around and saw Elena lying on the ground. I rushed to her side and held her in my arms.

"Elena?"

Nobody else was around. She was unconscious. I didn't know where to take her, so I carried her back down the underground cellar. I laid her carefully on the floor and sat next to her. I watched her worriedly all night.

When morning came I flinched and stood up immediately when Elena opened her eyes. She looked at me with confusion.
