Wildest Dreams

Chapter 1

Samantha's POV

       I wake up to the annoying sound of my alarm clock at 6 in the morning. I groan and turn it off and lay in bed for a couple minutes. Finally getting up and doing my daily routine for school in the morning. I hear my phone go off and go over to check it after I finish my make up. Looking at my phone i had received a text from my best friend Garrett. " Hey, i'm outside waiting in the car." I grab my back pack and head down stairs. "Bye Mom!" I yell. I close the door behind me before I hear a reply. I open the passenger door to Garrett's four door Jeep that i love. "Thanks for picking me up Garrett. My car is still in the shop." I smile sweetly at him and feel myself blush a little when i look over and hes already smiling at me. I've had a crush on him for a while but I haven't told anyone. "It's no problem really you are on the way to school", he replies. The ride to school is silent with some music in the background. Garrett and I are both in our senior year. Finally, after the awkward silence we arrive to school. Getting out of the care and grabbing my bag, Garrett looks at me smiling. I'm confused and turn around to see one of the preps walking towards his jeep and around to his side. "Hey baby" Garrett says. I frown slightly, since when did he get a girlfriend? "Hi babe, I missed you" she smiles and kisses his cheek and turns her head to me and glares. "Sam this is Isabella, my girlfriend. Isabella this is Samantha, my friend." Garrett states which cause me to frown and bow my head and looking at the gravel. "Friend, since when was growing up with someone your entire life and sharing deep secrets make you just friends?" I think to myself. "Nice to meet you but I must be going." I walk away quickly and try my hardest to calm down my anger towards him at the moment. I walk to my class and sit down prepared for a bad day.
