Me and Alex were sitting in the crowd next to our children waiting for their name to be called out.
We all sat there in silence.
"Karson Flicher."The announcer said her name. She looked at us and smiled and went to cut her hand. She hovered it over dauntless. Her friends started cheering.
"Sawyer Flicher."I saw our son get up and did the exact same thing as Karson. And picked dauntless getting cheers from his friend and I smiled.
We were the first ones out and all the dauntless started running. Dauntless parents usually wait for them back home but we came because I was one of the trainers still.
Surprisingly everybody made it onto the the train and off.
I stood next to my brother who was staring at the new arrivals. I saw one standing out. The abnegation boy.
"My name is Four. And I'm one of your leaders."Tobias started and I stood there with Alex.
"Who will jump first?"I asked.
"What's under it?"One of the candors asked.
"Something."I answered. I looked directly at karson and sawyer who they just shrugged. I sometimes want to slap my own children.
But before Sawyer spoke out. The abnegation boy did.
"I guess I will."He said nervously.
"Alright."Tobias smirked. He looked down on the floor. As he climbed. He took a minute.
"Just go already."Karson said out loud. I glared at her.
He then jumped off and one by one they jumped off. As we all finished jumping off, I went and stood next to Tris explaining to them how it all works training wise.
I got Non-dauntless born this year with Tobias so this is going to be interesting.
"We are going to show you around the place."I announced.
