Chapter 3: More Then Friends

~ The next morning Mark and Jack walk to school together smiling, talking and also holding hands along the way~

Jack: so uh mark.... about last night.

Mark: its okay ...it was a great way to end the night.

~we laugh~

Jack: so mark..are we uhm......

Mark: dating? i mean we did kiss last night and we both like each other a lot so why not

Jack: you're right ..but how are we going to tell everyone else cause i dont know exactly how to

mark: we dont have to tell them right now ...im nervous too

Jack: yeah ..not yet...

~we get to school and go to the cafeteria to meet up with ken and felix~

Felix: Hey guys what's going on?

Ken: You guys seem happy

Mark: Yea really happy

Jack: Yea ...happy

~we forget that we are holding hands~

Felix: Are you guys doing what I think you're doing?

Jack: What are you talking about Felix?

Marzia: Oh my gosh ..you two are together ..how sweet

~we look down~

Mark: *starts blushing* yea about that

Felix: FINALLY!!! you are together. do you know how long I have been trying to get jack to admit that you are senpai?!?!?!?!?

Jack: Felix shut up ye bastard he is not senpai *starts blushing*

Ken: congrats guys im glad you're happy

~everyone talked and laughed until the bell for class rang~

Jack: hey mark... you ready for class?

Mark: yea come on ..felix...ken..you coming since we all have the same class?

Ken: uh yea we are to be late today

Felix: yea ..late ..anyway we have to go

~ken and felix run off in the other direction and mark and jack go to class~

Jack: that was weird ..they never miss class for anything

Mark: really? well then they must be up to something

Jack: probably but we have to go ..we are presenting the first part of the project today you have the papers right?

Mark: yea I do..come on lets hurry

~we go into class and Mr. Tim looks at us smiling and continues to write on the board~

Jack: why is everyone being so weird all of a sudden?

Mark: I have no idea but here are the papers

Jack: thanks mark * I smile*

~Mr. Tim stops writing and closes the door~

Mr. Tim: okay guys have any of you actually done the first part of the project?

Jack: yes... mark and I have

Minx: we have as well

Ryan: we made a video instead and its more on the comedy side

Jonathan: we made a video game about it

Matt: we made a power point with a twist

Jordan: we made a song

Mr. Tim: okay well that's good then. who would like to present first?

Ryan: we would want to go first

Matt: then we are second

Jordan: then us

Minx: I guess we are after them

Jonathan: oh oh us next us next

Jack: I guess we will be last

Mr. Tim: well alright whenever you guys are ready go ahead and start the presentation

~everyone presents the first part of the project and they were really good and also funny but then it was mark and jacks turn~

Mr. Tim: jack, mark are you ready to present

Jack: y..yea I guess * he said nervously*

Mark: jack you okay? I can talk if you want me to

Jack: no..no im okay I got this

~ we go to the front of the class~

Jack: uhm...we...we uhm did a ..a power point and uhm...

Mark: we are going to be making a video for it next so you don't have to hear a lecture about it

~the class laughs~

Jack: *whispers* thanks mark

Mark: I told you I got it. don't worry you click I talk okay

Jack: okay *I smile*

~ we get through the first part of our presentation and everyone claps and laughs because of the clips in the slides and mark and jack go back to their seats~

Mark: i told you i got it

Jack: thanks mark..for some reason when i get in front of people i freeze up and try to speak clearly

Mark: its okay everyone is like that

~mark holds jacks hand under the table~

Mr. Tim: that was a great presentation you two and that goes for the rest of you as well. If you keep working on it you will fully understand what this project is about.

~the bell rings for lunch and everyone leaves but mark and jack get stopped by Mr. Tim~

Mr. Tim: mark..jack..the counselor would like to see the both of you * he starts smiling*

Jack: did we do something wrong?

Mark: right now?

Mr. Tim: no no you two are fine she just needs to see you both right away

Jack: okay then.. come on mark

~mark and jack leave to go to the counselors office~

Jack: do you get the feeling that something weird is going on?

Mark: yeah ..it started with Felix and ken, then Mr. Tim and now the counselor wants to see the both of us

Jack: do you think they told anyone..you know..about us? not that its wrong i just dont things to be public until we are ready for it

Mark: yeah.... its not a problem but to make a huge deal about it so quickly is actually pretty scary

Jack: dont worry we can get through this together right?

Mark: yeah... we can get through it one step at a time

~we both smile and get to the counselors office, when we get there we see ken,felix,marzia, and Mrs. Mya smiling at us~

Jack: whats going on?

Mark: yea..its weird and kinda creepy

Felix: you two should already know or figure out whats going on
