Summer was at its peak
Glorious sunshine bled through the fences
In there laid a garden so great it was named Eden
So beautiful it could almost take away your sensesFull of flowers that were only the finest
Roses, lilies, lilacs, tulips, and sunflowers
New seeds appear and accumulate
In awe of the haven, wandering for hoursThorns hide their appearance with petals of Crimson
Simple buds cover themselves with bright color
Lilies ashamed of their speckled freckles
Afraid to be lesser than the otherThey put their frustration out at the daisies and buttercup seeds
Mocked for their colorless shell, the plainness of there flower
Then their was the lone seed unknown of her future
But the lone seed knew better than to be like her sisters and cowerThe sisters felt unworthy of Eden's greatness
So they threw themselves at the birds
The lilies and sunflowers mock and smirk
As the seeds were being devoured the screams were heardLone seed couldn't live with the injustice
But the act would be undisciplined
Eden somehow seemed dull and dirty
She was carried by the fall windHer new home would be away
From a prison disguised as a pristine castle
She was at the real haven
The trees were her tasselAs the winter destroyed and tarnished the little garden with roses and tulips
A fleck of yellow hidden by towers of brown and green
There sprouted a daffodil, surrounded by daisies and buttercups
She stood before the winter grave and became a forest queen
