chapter 1

Elsas POV

It had been the best honeymoon I could ever dream of. And not because of where we went or what we did it was because I was pending it with the man I love. Hiccup horrendous haddock iii. Unfortunately we were leaving tomorrow. I had just finished packing my suitcase. Admiring my ring every now and then. It was an average looking gold band but what it represented was far from average. I was wearing skinny jeans and hiccups baggie green hoodie. It smelled like pinetrees. Just like him. Then I felt a pair of strong arms wrap around me. I could tell it was hiccup. He nibbled gently at me earlobe. I turned around and placed my hands on his barechest

"You need to put a shirt on!" I say poking him

"I thought you liked me without my shirt on" he protests with a smirk and I blushed a bit

"Normally I do but not when we have to be at the airport" I say kissing him on the cheek. He throws on a green tee. I throw on some makeup. I look outside and see our cab to take us to the airport which we would take a flight back to arendelle.

"Come on lazybut" I told him. He kissed me on the cheek and we headed out the door

We walked off the plane and I yawned. As soon as we reached cruising altitude I had sunggled into hiccups chest and fallen asleep. A man from the castle took our luggage and we told him to take it back to the palace. We wantd to walk in the woods. It was nice out and it was our favorite place to be. It only made sense to clue up our honeymoon like that. His hand in mine we took the shortcut to the castle. The sun was up and it was bright.

I heard the sounds of twigs snapping. I ignored it. probably just an animal or somthing. Then I heard a gun go off. I jumped. Was someone shooting at us or was it just a bunch of kids with firecrackers? Then hiccup let go of my hand. I turned to see him collapsed on the ground. His eyes closed. There was a red stain on his chest. My eyes go wide and my heart snaps.

"Hiccup!" I cry out nervously. I bend down next to him and put my ear near his chest. There was no heartbeat that I could detect. I burst into tears. Its not supposed to be like this. I shake him.

"Hiccup please wake up! You cant leave me please!" I knew he wasnt sleeping. I refused to admit it to myself. That would make it real. And I didnt want this to be real. It had to be a nightmare.

"Hiccup please" I cry pathetically. Snow falls around me. Come on elsa wake up! Then it hit me. Somebody had targeted us. Someone wanted to hurt hiccup. But why? Hiccup lay still unmoving. Then somebody hrabbed me from behind. I struggle to get out of his grip. He pulls me farther away from hiccup. I couldnt see his face. By the looks of it he was masked

"NO!!! I HAVE TO BE WITH HIM! LET ME GO!" I scream through tears. He pins my arms around me and puts a cloth over my mouth.

"Breathe" he ordered me. His voice calm. I struggled like hell to get away but nothing happened. I felt dizzy and I could feel my strength leaving me. I saw anna, jack, merida and rapunzel all running towards me. But soon my eyelids felt heavy. I blacked out before they got anywhere near us. My last thoughts of hiccup. My husband lieing there dead on the ground. Please let this all be a dream!
