Chapter 8 (part 1)

Finally were done, I can't believe it's already Wednesday, we went through a hell night.

But I froze, why am I around them anyways? I feel shy.... "Umm..." I ignored their stare

"What's wrong?" Brianna asks so sweety, oh how I wish I'm like her, the type to say something so easily without getting nervous.

"I-I'm gonna finish setting the table up" I walked over to the tables which were still undone, I sighed.

I grabbed the table cloth and spread it up and laid it down on the table, dusting off the dust I began to straighten it.

"Nice work" I heard Shane compliment me from behind which I ignored.

Suddenly a loud beep ringed out of my phone, I took my phone from my bag and began to read the messages.

From Unknown:

Hey Baby... Last night was fun... ;)

I but my Lower lip from cursing out loud, but too late I already shouted it out, damn me!

Brianna peaked in my phone and screeches "OMG how was it!??" She asks excitingly

"First of all we just had a movie night and second of all.... WAIT WHAT?!!" I looked at phone

Is this Shane??! I looked back at her " second of all...it's Shane" I smiled sheepishly

She started to frown showing me that she's jealous "and third of all he likes you" I said calmly

Her frown turned into a huge big smile "thanks for the info" she sprint towards Shane

I forgot about the tables and school will start, it's still 5:11 guess I have few more minutes..

Minutes later...

Finish! Thank god it's over. I glanced at Luke for a second and skipped a heat beat when he caught me.

*Beat....beat........beat* that's my regular heart beat but this is what happened *Beat..Beat..Beat.......Beat*

I closed my eyes, don't think about it, I started picking up my messes.

Why did my heart race this fast? I shouldn't be feeling this cause it isn't right.
