Star Trek: Task Force Alpha

Introduction

Star Trek: Task Force Alpha is set in the Star Trek Online (STO) Universe using the storyline that Cryptic has setup for that game. After a point though I wanted to get away from that Storyline and use my own set in the year 2410 and onward. This novel uses all of my Star Trek Online characters between my Computer Version of the Game as well as the PlayStation 4 (PS4) Version (Same Thing) as well as their ships that I have in the game and eventually they are brought into my own storyline that will span the rest of the novel. Slowly these characters will make an appearance but not in the order they are appearing here.

These Primary Characters Are:

1. My Personal Character - Starfleet Admiral James Terranova and his Andorian wife Tala and their Andorian-Human Hybrid daughter Andoria. The main ship that James commands is the USS Jasmine II NCC 93785-A; an Odyssey-class Tactical Cruiser that is named after the middle name of James' sister Sarah Jasmine Terranova.

2. My Delta Recruit Captain in STO when they were doing a Delta Recruits Arc for their Delta Quadrant Storyline is Captain Gia Ngoc. Gia is the commanding officer to the USS Ho Chi Minh NX 94310-E; a Presidio-class Tactical Command Battlecruiser. Gia joined Starfleet in the summer of the year 2407 and she excelled in all of her classes and after her Training Shakedown Cruise she quickly rose through the Ranks.

3. My Klingon Character; General Klang of the House of Klang, still doesn't have his final ship in STO, but I'm thinking that it is going to be a Bortasqu' Class Tactical Variant Dreadnought. This ship would be a Klingon Counterpart or equivalent to Admiral Terranova's USS Jasmine II NCC 93785-A. Currently at the Rank of Captain Klang is in Command of a Negh'var Class Battlecruiser called the IKS Kloth.

4. My Romulan Character Admiral Trevix, still doesn't have his final ship in STO, but I'm thinking that it is going to be a Falchion Class Dreadnought Type Warbird; it is one of the variants of the Scimitar Class Dreadnought Warbird from the movie Star Trek Nemesis. Currently Trevix is in command of a Norexian Class Warbird called the RRW Valdore; this is actually a ship that he inherited from Empress Donatra. Trevix served Donatra faithfully when she fractured the Romulan Star Empire into two separate Empires; one wanting Peace and the other not. Donatra was all for piece and she founded the Romulan Imperial State that eventually became the Romulan Republic. Praetor Tal'aura and later Empress Sela of the Romulan Star Empire will do anything to destroy the Romulan Republic and reunite the Empire; Empress Sela considers the Romulan Republic to be nothing but a group of Rouge Terrorists that have allied themselves with the United Federation of Planets and the Klingon Empire.

5. Yui Osaka Sato-Archer is the daughter of famed Starfleet Captain Jonathan Archer and Ensign Hoshi Sato of Earth's First Warp Five Starship the Enterprise NX-01. She was conceived in the year 2150 and born in early 2151 prior to her mother officially joining Starfleet as a Linguist. Yui was conceived in a few one night stands at the Amazon University in Brazil where Hoshi was teaching Languages when Jonathan came down to the University to visit Hoshi and to convince her to join Starfleet. He had pulled some strings that helped her get out of a few aspects of Basic Training. Yui was born in the Infirmary at the Amazon University in early 2151 and right after her birth Hoshi gave her up for adoption and never even told Jonathan about her pregnancy. Yui eventually met her parents aboard the Enterprise NX-01 during the onset of the Earth-Romulan War (takes place in my First Star Trek Novel). A drastic Temporal Event brings Yui forward in time where she serves Starfleet and the Temporal Agents as well. Yui is in command of the USS Hoshi II NCC 1549-A; an Exeter-class starship that she had named after her mother.

6. Captain Sarah Jasmine Terranova is the younger sister of Admiral James Terranova. She is three years younger than him and has always looked up to her brother; like she knows he'd do anything for her she feels the same towards him and would do anything for him as well. Sarah felt it was a natural fit for her to join Task Force Alpha under her brother's command after she graduated from Starfleet Academy in the year 2410 just as all hell was starting to break lose. Because of what was starting to happen in the universe at the time she wasn't quickly assigned to the Task Force though and was dispatched to the planet Andoria. Sarah has named her starship that she is in command of after her niece; James and Tala's daughter Andoria. Currently Sarah is in command of the Archon-class Assault Cruiser USS Andoria NCC 93256-A after her Heavy Escort Cruiser the USS Andoria NCC 93256 was destroyed.
