The Adventures of Darcy and Isla

              Footsteps could be heard in the distance, the sound of two cheerful girls were laughing. One of them spots a shadowed figure running into an alleyway.

              "What was that!"The taller one says.

               "Your imagination?"her hazel eyed friend remarked."Come on Isla! We'll get in trouble if we're late again!". Isla not listening to a word her friend says, rushes twoards the alleyway.

                "Isla!"her friend rushes after her.

                 Upon arriving to the alleyway, the girls hear panting. The shadowed figure hides, his face partly caught by light. Darcy and Isla saw brown swept hair and brown eyes, but that was all.

                "Darcy..."Isla stops as the shadowed man runs away into the darkness, dropping a torn and tattered bag. Isla, the bag completely unaware to the bag runs past it. Darcy follows but trips over the bag.

                "Isla!"Darcy exclaims, Isla turns around to see her friend wiggling on the ground away from the bag. She bursts out laughing and helps Darcy up.

                "Not funny! What if it was a trap! What if that strange person was a pedophile!"Darcy says with all siriousness. Isla rolls her eyes and picks the bag up, opening it and takes out a spoon.

               "Maybe he was homeless?"She says spinning the spoon then puts it in her pocket." Well ill keep that for my sisters boyfriend!"

              "Thats evil!"Darcy said giggling."Isla you should stop rummaging through that bag!"but as soon as Darcy says that, Isla jumps and throws a notebook on the ground.  Darcy sighs and picks it up, two names with a heart was scribbled out. All Darcy could make out was a C and a D, the first letters of the names. Under it was a another scribbled out thing.

         "BBC......why do you have a grudge wth them! Siriously!"Darcy glares at her friend.

        "Why do you hate twinkies?"she comebacks at Darcy. Darcy continues to look though the notebook, ripping out a page with her mothers name on it. Obviously this man knew her. That meant that her name way the C, who was the D. Then she smirks.

          "Ooooh, a treasure map!"Darcy says sarcastically. Isla steals it away from her."We have to go! Its just a block away!"Isla says exited, but darcy looked skeptical.

        "IF you dont come ill stick a twinkie in your mouth!"Isla says threateningly.

       "IF you do that you"ll never see me again!"Darcy says smirking.

       "Cadburry?"Isla says questioningly.

    "LETS GO!" Darcy says running away, Isla follows her and they reach the destination. Isla goes in and starts looking around randomly. Darcy sighs and facepalms.

       "Yea Isla, its going to be on the ground!"Darcy says sarcastically. Suddenly the man appears again but is still in the shadows.

       "Well I didnt expect you guys to show up. Well here ya go."Teh man throws a cadburry and a twinkie at the two girls.  They say their thank you's and smile.

       "Wait, beofre you go, whats your name?" Darcy asks but the man left.
