Chapter 11

***** Kyle's point of view*****

"Hey Kyle, I don't see your sis on the bus, is she staying after school today?"

"Ah, no Nathan she's not staying after today."

"OK... then where is she ?"

"I-I don't know." After I said this Chrissie came on the bus and sat down by us.

"Hey Kyle, Nathan, how are you?"

"We're doing good Chrissie."

"That's good."

"Say, Chrissie?"

"Yeah Kyle?"

"Do you know where my sister is?"

"Yeah, she's with Luna at the basketball courts behind the school."

"Why?"

"I don't know, Chelsea wanted to tell Luna something important so she left Luna a note in the girls' locker room."

"Ah... OK?"

"Hey Kyle, don't you think that's kind of sounds a bit suspicious?" Nathan asked me.

"Yeah, it does."

"That's what I thought, Kyle let's quickly get off the bus and find out if what Chrissie said is true."

"OK, sounds like a great idea." So with that, Nathan and I got up out of our seats and started to move toward the front of the bus. When we got to the front, the bus driver stopped us and said," What are you two doing?"

"We just remembered that we had to stay after for a sport." Nathan said to the bus driver. 

        "Ok, but next time I won't let you two off if it happens again."

"Ok, thank you Ma'am." And with that, we got off the bus and started to walk toward the direction of the basket ball courts. On our way there, Kalie and her group of friends stopped us on our way and said, "What are you doing?"

"Ah we are going to the basketball courts to find my sister." I said and then explained, "My parents expect my sister and I to come straight home after school is finished on the bus. And I didn't see her on the bus so I asked around until we found out from Chrissie, Luna's friend that my sister is at the basketball courts talking to Luna. So we really need to tell the two of them to hurry up before the buses leave."

"Awe that is so sweet of you!" Kalie said in what seemed like a sarcastic tone.

"Um thanks?" I said back not sure if I should have said anything in reply.

"But no can do, go home and don't come back to the school." Kalie replied.

"Ah, why?" I said now trying to figure out how the conversation changed. "Because Vlad is talking to your sister and Luna and doesn't want to be disturbed."

"WHAT!?! What do you mean Vlad wants to talk to both of them?"

"He wants to talk to them, and I'm here to make sure he's not interrupted."

"Oh really?"

"Yep. So if I were you, I would leave now before you and your friend gets hurt."

"Heh really, well too bad, because no matter what Nathan and I are going to get to my sister."

"Ha! I'd like to see you try."

"Fine then I will. Come on Nathan let's go." And with that I started to walk around Kalie and go towards the basketball courts, and Nathan following my lead, started to walk past Kalie's friends. When out of nowhere I was knocked down from behind. Then I heard Kalie say, "You and your friend are not going anywhere. You are staying right here."

"No, I'm not." I said through gritted teeth. Then I got back onto my feet and turned around to face Kalie. Then I walked towards her and said, "You are not going to keep me from getting to my sister or Luna, I will get to them."

"NO YOU WON'T!" Kalie shouted at me as she jumped on top of me, and pinned me down. When this happened, I started to try and move around to break free from her surprisingly strong grip, but no matter what I did I couldn't break free. Even though this was the case, I still made an effort to free myself. While this went on, Kalie was laughing at me and so we're her friends until I heard someone scream, which sounded like one of Kalie's friends. Hearing this screamed made me very curious so I tried to look around Kalie to see what was going on, and what I saw was sort of grew some.

What I saw was one of Kalie's friends on the ground bleeding and by her a giant white wolf with a violet crescent moon on its shoulder. Which made me think, that when Kalie attacked me, her friends started to attack Nathan, and also seeing this sight made me realize something, and that was I could shape shift to release myself from Kalie's grasp. Since that is what Nathan did to fight off Kalie's friends (Nathan's the wolf). So after I realized this, I started to think about things that made me angry, ( because that's how I am able to transform into what I want transform into) and then all of the sudden I started to get this warm feeling inside of me. Then I started to feel very hot and also I noticed that Kalie all of the stopped trying to hold me down and was now looking at me in shock.

While this was happening, I started to feel myself grow and get bigger, which started to scare Kalie and some of her friends, which made me laugh a bit when I saw this. As I continued to get bigger, I heard Kalie say, "What the heck is going?" So I went to tell her what was going on, but realized that I couldn't, because now I had fully transformed into a huge red Dragon. So instead one of Kalie's friends answered for me, "Kalie I don't think it's a good idea that we mess with him, he's obviously from the fire clan, but then we also have his friend here, whose from the lunar-stellar clan who looks like-"

"I don't care what you have to say, we can't let them ruin Vlad's plan! Plus I can transform into a phoenix so I can match his dragon form! We'll fight fire with fire."

"Um OK but I don't see any point."

"And the reason that is?"

"The one who turned into a dragon is leaving and is almost to the basketball courts."

"WHAT!?! Oh no he's not, I'm not going to let him get away!" While I heard Kalie fighting with one of her friends, and was distracted, I decided to start toward were my sister was. Until I heard that Kalie was coming up right behind me. As she was running towards me, I decided (since I was still in dragon form) to fly toward the basketball courts. As I started to do this, I heard Kalie say, "I won't let you get away so easily." And then I felt something very sharp pierce my back. So I turned my head to see what it was and saw a Phoenix ( who must have been Kalie) digging its talons into my back. Even though this was going on, it didn't really bother me because my scales were protecting me some what from her talons. So to quickly get the nuisance that was on my back, I used my long dragon tail to knock Kalie off. When this happened, Kalie was knocked off and from the force of my tail, hit the side of the school building and from the looks of things, went unconscious.

This didn't concern me that much, because a couple of her friends rushed over to her help as the rest of her friends were fighting with Nathan in his wolf form. Anyways, since I now had no one to keep me away from my sister and Luna, I transformed back into a human and started to run towards the basketball courts. While I was running, I felt something weird hit me. Like this weird invisible force. Which made me realized that I had passed through some type of force field. Noticing this made me feel very scared and worried about what Vlad could be doing to my sister and Luna. So I started to run a little faster and as I did this, I thought to myself, "Gosh Luna, if you hadn't done what ever it was that you did to Vlad today in P.E., then this wouldn't have happened and my sister wouldn't have been sucked into this some how." After I thought this, I turned the corner for the school to where the basketball courts were and found my sister screaming and crying while being held by the arms of two of Vlad's friends.

James smirking in one corner and Vlad, Vlad the person at this moment that I despise the most, is right now somewhat kneeling on the ground, huffing like he was out of breath and covered in blood. As I searched around the area for Luna, I started to panic, because I couldn't find her anywhere, until I looked in a particular corner that was close by the school. Which is we're I found hunched over and bleeding, and also huffing for breath, Luna.
