Ditto! I Hate You Too

The Devil Alive!! Well somewhat a Devil to me.

I was singing along to the song on the radio that was playing on my car, swaying my head along with the beat, when suddenly my car jerked and stopped halfway. I wind my keys and restart my car, but it just made a buzz sound and stopped. I got out of the car to check, when I found smoke rising out from the hood.

I checked my watch seeing that I was going to be late, I quickly send a text to my boss and told him I will be late, stating the problem I'm in.

I called Billy to come and take my car to the garage and fix it. Taking my bag and my files I waited for a taxi. Finding one I hail it and got in, and told the driver my destination, when another person got in and did the same.

"Excuse Me! I hailed the taxi first, If you haven't noticed!"

"Well I saw it first, love!" he replied with the annoying smirk and he turned to the driver and told him his location.

"Wait driver, I got in the cab first, So you'll drive to my location and ask this man here to get off."

"Yes ma-"

"Driver, I'll double the tip, you get to mine and throw this annoying lady out"

How dare he, this bastard.."Excuse me?" We both continued to fight as such when the driver shouted.

"BOTH OF YOU, WILL YOU PLEASE SHUT UP!"

We looked at him and exclaimed in unison. "What was that?"

"Look both of you gave me the same address, why don't we just settle this, you both split the fare and both of you will get there in time"

"No" I exclaimed

"Never" he said fixing his tie. "I'm not going anywhere with this stupid lady"

"Nor am I sharing the cab I got first with this stupid bastard"

"Well then I guess both of you have to get a new cab, because kids I don't got all day listening to you both bickering" the driver said.

I check my watch and sigh in defeat.

"Okay lets just get to the place"

"What about you young man?"

"Yeah whatever.."

The taxi rode off and we both reached the venue. I look for money in my purse when I heard the man paying.

"I'll pay, because I doubt, you'll find anything in that trash can of yours"

"Excuse me, first of all you're so over your head with a mouth of a snake, and second I'm paying too"

"Jesus, don't you ever shut up and accept it?"

"Don't ever good things come out of your mouth for once? and I don't take money from arrogant bastards as you"

I handed him my share of the fare and turned away. I walked ahead of him when the driver called me back.

"You forgot your phone and your files, Miss."

I look back and went to the cab to take my stuffs.

"Thank You so much Sir"

"What?" I exclaimed

"Why haven't I been notified of this? Do I still have my job or am I replaced? Wait I texted Mr. Edwards that I'll be late.. Why didn't he tell me then?"

"Yes, Jace" said Alicia "And no, you still have your job, you'll be his son's P.A, and let me tell you what a fine man he is" she licked her bottom lips telling me that he must be some really good looking person.
