Chapter One

Gloria's side

I sat at my mahogany desk finishing a contract. Suddenly, my desk phone rang. I tapped speaker, "Hello?"

"Ah, Ms. Lily, I do apoligize for disturbing you ma'am."

I smiled and with friendliness I said, "That's fine. What can I do for you?"

Ah, I'm being rude. My name is Gloria Lily. I run Japan's number two hotel. My hotel is called Glory. Here at Glory you can find yourself in a small palace where the rooms are exotic. Since I'm a sucker for Arabian fashion, my hotel is based off of that theme. I love my hotel. It is a bit pricy but in fair range though. My assistant is Kim Love.

"A man of the name Ichinomiya Eisuke is right in your lobby. He is wishing to speak with you."

I was a bit taken back. Also I thought that it was a bit rude. I'm a nice person but I'll only take so much before nice person goes bye - bye and her evil sister comes.

"Ma'am?"

I shook my head and said, "I'll be down in a minute."

"Yes ma'am."

I got out of my chair and left my office. I went out into it led my room then out and down stairs. I went through my lounge and out the door. I rode the elevator down.

Eisuke's side

I waited after the receptionist told me Ms. Lily would be down in a minute. I was here because I wished to negotiate a deal at my hotel that was twenty blocks away from here. The only reason I found out was because Mr.Kemzaki told me we were losing customers. I was a bit startled then angry. I wanted to meet this woman. Not shortly after she showed up. I looked up from my cell phone and i almost dropped my phone. Holy...snap out of it Eisuke! She was medium height. She had just below the shoulder long bouncy black hair, her dark brown eyes contrasted with her ivory skin. A man passing out of the corner of my eye I saw stop and sucked in breath. I felt something knocking me on the inside. She wore a dark pencil skirt with white puffed out shirt. Black heels on her slender feet. Her slender figure and fullness took my breath away. Was I going crazy? She stopped and smiled and said, "I take it you are Mr. Ichinomiya Eisuke? Hello. My name is Lily Alice Gloria."

She gave this dazzling smile and I almost wasn't sure how to act.

Gloria's side

Mr. Ichinomiya was a very handsome man. I definitely took quick notice of that. He seemed very intelligent almost a little dangerous. A 'bad boy' atmosphere surrounded him. He cleared his throat and said, "I am. My apologies for coming out of the blue. I would like to discuss the rest of the matters at my hotel. If you wouldn't mind."

I pursued my lips and said, "One minute please."

I turned to Kim and said, "Kim, is my schedule open?"

Within two seconds she smiled at me and said, "It's all free ma'am."

"Thank you Kim, " I turned back to Mr. Ichinomiya and said, "I'm all free. If you would like, we can take matters up in my office."

"I'm afraid no can do Ms. Lily. Everything I need to talk and discuss is at my hotel. Perhaps you've heard of Tres Spade? "

"Please don't feel to be so formal with me Mr. Ichinomiya. Please call me Gloria."

"The same then applies with you, Gloria. "

It took me everything not to shiver. He smiled. My god he is a handsome devil.

"Very well, Eisuke. Kim, please take things over from here for me."

Kim replied and I left my hotel with Eisuke. On the way over we made casual talk. Once at his hotel I said breathly, "Oh my god. This is beautiful Eisuke. I bet your wife is very happy for your success."

Eisuke I heard chuckle and as we walked in I looked at him and he said, "I'm a bachelor. I don't even have a girlfriend."

After that we remained silent. We rode up in an elevator and walked through an upperfloor. As we walked into a door, four men were in the livingroom. A man in hat turned and said, "Hey Boss-whoa. Hello pretty lady~"

Pervert. I slowly got closer to Eisuke who said, "Baba shut up."

"Who is the beautiful cutie, " a man I recognized as Ota Kisaki said.

I bowed and said, "It's a pleasure to meet everyone. My name is Lily Alice Gloria. I am the owner of Glory."

"Please right this way Gloria. We have important matters yo discuss, " Eisuke said somehow slipping a hand on my waist. I blushed and nodded. We went upstairs and then into another room. It was an office. We say and I said, "What is going on."

"I've learned that you stole some of my guests."

I smiled and to be funny I said, "You mean I didn't take them all?"

I laughed and Eisuke chuckled, "I'm sorry. No I didn't know I had grabbed some of your customers."

"Well, I want to propose a deal. Because I couldn't help but notice your financial and establishment seemed to be firm grounded. I want out hotels to join. I'm willing to go fifty-fifty. Here is a contract if you would like to read over it."

I took the paper and I found our hands brushing. I felt the spark. I skimmed the pages and said, "I would like the night to look over it."

"Of course. That is all for now. It was nice working with you. Perhaps, how about I give you until next week say Friday at nine?"

"That sounds nice. How about my hotel? I'll cook?"

"Sounds good."

"Do you like chicken? Steak?"

"If your cooking I'll eat anything you make probably."

By the time Eisuke had risen as I had and he came over to me. He had a smirk and he truly looked the devil now. When leaving in Eisuke's limo I said out loud, "How the hell did I score a date with Ichinomiya Eisuke? How did I talk like that? Oh my god!"

Both went to bed that night thinking of one another. Neither could wait. Is romance truly in the air? Find out soon~
