Chapter three: Today was... Fun

-Chapter 3: Today was... "fun"

A day has passed since the "Fight" and Ruby is back in her dorm room. Yang and Blake have barely left her side and none of them have seen Weiss since she visited Ruby in the nurse's office.

"Hey sis how ya feelen?" a question that has been repeated every other hour.

"Yang... Just like the other 3 million times you asked, I... AM... FINE! okay?"

Yang gave her a pouty face "But I'm worried."

"I know and thank you but really I'm fine" Yang smiled and walked over to the kitchen where she continued to eat all of Blake and Ruby's food.

"Well, since your sister love to eat all of our food, do you mind if you go by us everything you ate?" Yang looked at her with an eyebrow raised. "Oh, sorry. You're going to replace all our food." Yang opened her mouth to protest but blake just shoved the chicken wing she had in her hand to stop her and Yang just bite in defeat, Ruby just giggled.

'And while you're out get me so cookies." Yang huffed walk over grabbed her purse and walk out of the room all while the chicken wing is still in her mouth. Ruby and Blake looked at each other and laughed when they settled Blake looked over at Ruby.

"So, why did you help that girl?" Asked Blake

Ruby froze "Why did I help her?" "I... um... I don't know, I thought (hey what kind of person would I be if let that continue) right?" Blake laid back on her bed and stared at the ceiling. "I guess that makes sense."

Ruby did the same "But really why did I help her? Is it because she wanted to make up for running into her?" Ruby opened her eyes and looked over at the clock and saw it was 5:00 am

"What the hell?" she whispered and looked over at Blake who was sleeping soundly. "Wonder what Weiss is doing?... Wait, why am i wondering about her?" Ruby sat there for a few more hours completing what she was thinking...

The next morning

...

Ruby had been up all night thinking about Weiss, by this time Blake had already gotten up and ready for the entrance ceremony which she already left to meet with Yang and a few of Yang's friends after Ruby gave her permission. But before leaving she put T.V. on the channel that would be airing it.

After what Ruby believed to be a century before someone walk onto the screen and over to the microphone he paused for a moment studying the crowd of people surrounding the stage.

Ruby felt like she had seen him before.

He cleared his throat. "Hello I am professor Ozpin and as most of you know I am the Headmaster of this school for the other half of you now you know and I'll try to keep this brief. You are all as I see it a waste of energy, full of potential... potential that can be honed and crafted into skill that you will use once you leave but till then it's your choice to take the first step, so i hope to see you all when classes start up next week. Welcome to my school." He pushed up his glasses and walked off the stage.

He just got to the edge of the screen when Ruby's iScroll {oh shut up it's not cheesy} started to ring, it was a text from Yang. " Hey sis we'll be back in a bit, we have surprises!"

Ruby texted back "Can't wait!"

Ruby sat there for an hour, she would jumping around in excitement but couldn't because of her injuries. Blake came walking holding a box with the writing on the side that said. "Vale pastries"

Ruby almost jumped out of bed but a sharp pain in her side told her otherwise and she let out a little shriek in pain. Blake looked at her and laughed a little, putting up her hand to hide her smile. "Are you okay?"

Ruby gave a fake smile. "Just fine, what's in the box?"

Blake gave Ruby a crooked smile. "Wouldn't you like to know."

Blake lifted up the cover of the box revealing what looked like a hundred cookies. " According to Ruby's cookie scene." Ruby almost jumped out of bed again but thought twice about it this time. Blake walked over and helped Ruby sit up and then put the box on her lap, Ruby patted the spot on the bed next to her telling Blake " Come help me eat these"

Blake nodded and then looked at the open door and yelled. "Yang bring her in."

Ruby looked at Blake with confusion in her eyes. And in came Yang dragging are rather pissed Weiss. "LET ME GO YOU BRUTE!" and stopped when she saw Ruby, Weiss put on what Ruby could clearly tell was a fake smile. "Oh hello.... Ruby."

Ruby look at Weiss with more confusion then she did with Blake. " Hey Weiss, did you forget my name?" Weiss froze at that question.

"Don't be silly, I would never. ha ha, and the reason you haven't heard from me is that I've been very busy." She froning at the thought. "But really I need to go, my apologizes but I'll see you around." and she walked out the door.

Ruby looked down at the box cookies. "I don't think she like's me." Ruby looked up when Yang crawled on the other side of her.

"Nah , that's just not possible to not like Ruby Rose." Smiling and grabbing a handful of cookies.

Blake grabbed one. " I've only known you for a few days but I think you really cool person."

Ruby swallowed the food she had in her mouth and smiled. "Thanks guys. Wanna watch a movie?" Both girl nodded and they all started to look through the movie channels on the T.V. They all agreed on a funny movie call "21 jump street"

Before the movie was done all the girl had fallen asleep all huddled up together.

Okay... I'm going to be honest, I really didn't like writing this chapter. It was really boring to me, kinda felt like a filler episode in an anime. But none the less hope you guys/gals liked it, please Review because I like to know what you guys/gals think and also like always have fun!

Ps. Sorry it that all my chapters are so short...
