Chapter 10

Scotty and Finley didn't end up talking after the party.

Finley was scared of Colton and Scotty was scared of me.

I knew Finley still liked him. He denied it but i could see it in his eyes.

Operation Fish was a no go.

I decided that of they are meant to happen then one way or another they will happen.

Finley was actually a bit mad at me for a couple days after the party. He said i ruined all chances of him and Scotty happening. He forgave me though. Who wouldn't?

I seen Colton around campus and literally laughed every time I saw his face. He'd just pick you his pace when he saw me and hid his face. It's been around a week now so unfortunately his face has been healing.

Scotty never looked my way but when I was with Finley I saw him looking over more than once.

Safari and I mostly practiced soccer and would talk about random things. We even had lunch together. He met Alice and she liked him a lot surprisingly.

Not more than Uncle Matteo of course.

I admit Safari looked even cuter when he was holding a kid.

I met his cousin Maxie once she was a bit crazy. She was kinda like my mom so I made sure to avoid her.

I could see Safari was embarrassed about his cousin.  

She noticed it to. She said "oh I see you embarrassed of me huh!? Rude ass! Just because of that imma embarrass you some more!" Then she slapped him across the head with her shoe. Multiple times.

She had a crush on Colton.

Another reason why I avoided her. When she found out i hurt her 'baby' she hit me with her purse. Multiple times.

She was crazier than my mother.

They would become good friends if they met I'm pretty see id have to deal with two crazy mothers. One of them that was my age and would follow me around like a hawk.

That could not happen.

Although if she and Colton did date she would be able to tame that beast. I'm not sure if he could tame her though.

I noticed Safari has been avoiding me and glaring at me from afar. I didn't know what his problem was so I went to his dorm to figure it out.

I knocked on the door.

The door opened and his roommate Jaden Cole was standing there with a bored expression on his face. "Safari told me to say that he's not here."

I rolled my eyes and I heard Safari let out a groan.

"Let me in Jaden."

He opened the door wider and sat on his bed before putting his earphones in.

"What the fuck do you want!?" Safari yelled standing up. I flinched at his tone and opened my mouth to say something before he grabbed my wrist and led me out of his from before slamming it behind him. 

"What the hell is your problem!?" I said looking down and shoving his hand away. I saw something on his wrist.

A cut.

I looked up at him my eyes wide.

"What!?" He said looking at his wrist before yanking it back. He looked up at me, his face pale.

"Safari."

he gulped and looked away.

"What. The. Hell."  I Said taking his arm again. I ignored the tingles I felt when I touched him as I put it cut in front of his face to see. "What!? What do you want me to say!?" He yelled his voice cracking.

"Why? Why do you have this."

He stayed silent and took his arm back to his side once again. He walked away.

"Safari!" I yelled out.

He ran.

This time I ran after him.

Sorry it's so short :p it's meant to be like this. Next chapter will be in Safari's POV.

It probably will be quite short as well. We shall see!
