MOLLY'S POV
"UGH I don't wanna get up" I groaned at Kelly my 27 year old babysitter. "To bad we are leaving in 30 minutes, so WAKEY WAKEY!" she screamed jumping onto my bed.
"OUCH, Fine I'll get up, but just know this is not my idea of fun"
"Noted, but I need to have you at Delaney's house by 9:30"
"OH MY GOD THAT'S TODAY" I screamed as I quickly jumped out of bed. I wasn't quite awake yet so when I stood- up to fast I took two step then started to fall.
"Easy there kiddo!" Kelly said laughing as she caught me.
"Thanks" I was slightly embarrassed that I had just fallen like some drunk person into my babysitters arms (HOPEFULLY I DIDNT OFFEND ANYONE BY SAYING THAT)
I quickly ran out of my room and into the bathroom. "DARN IT" I had just taken all of my clothes off and of course I didn't bring anything to change into.
"KELLY I NEED CLOTHES"
"WHAT" she giggled.
" I kinda forgot to bring a change of clothes into the bathroom with me."
Laughing she brought in my favorite t-shirt and shorts making sure not to look the entire time.
"THANK YOU!" Then I slammed the door after all a girl needs her privacy.
10 minutes later I made my way down to the kitchen to see what was for breakfast.
"Hey girly you are just in time for my famous chocolate surprise pancakes!" Exclaimed Kelly
"MMMM, they smell so good"
"They also taste good eat some"
As I was about to take my first bite I smelt peanut butter quickly I dropped the pancake like it was on fire.
Kelly spun around with a concerned look on her face "WHAT'S WRONG!"
"Are the peanuts in this" I asked
"Yes, why?"
"Kelly I'm allergic to peanuts" I said wondering why my parents wouldn't tell her something like that.
"Oh my god I am so sorry" she said. You could hear that she was totally blaming herself for what just happened.
"Kelly don't worry about my parents should have told you or told me to tell you."
"Yah I guess" I could tell that she was not going to forgive herself that easily so I figured I'd work on it later."
"Alright I think we should head out now we don't want to be late." I said running around trying to find my phone.
"WHERE'S MY....."
"Looking for this" Kelly said holding up my phone.
"THANKS YOU KELLY". I screamed grabbing my phone as I ran past her and then hopped into the car.
When we got to Delaney's house, we saw her dad outside washing the car so we approached him.
"Hi" he said
"Hi my name is Kelly I'm Molly's babysitter" she said pulling me into a one arm hug.
"My name's Bill I'm Delaney's dad"
"Nice to meet you Bill" Kelly said shaking his hand
"You can go in the front door if you want, here I'll show you the way in" he said.
"Hey Delaney!" I said cheerfully as I walked in the front door.
"Hey" she said trying to hold back her dogs.
