They were divided into three teams.
-Vocal team (Jeonghan, Woozi, Dokyeom, Seungkwan and Joshua)
-Hip hop team (Vernon, Mingyu, Wonwoo and S.COUPS)
-Performance team (THE8, Jun, Dino and Hoshi.)
So 13+3 is 16 diba? But they are one so 13+3+1 is equals to Seventeen.
