Walking down a washed out dirt path
A giant monster stood tall in the way
He let out a loud roar to show his wrath
I ran fast from him to see another day
Oh the old Willow trees whisper such stories
Sit beneath their roots and listen to them
tell stories of anguish and of glory
The wind blew frivolously through their stems
Soon I would fall into a deep slumber
The pale, soft grass was my blanket for naps
It feels like I had rested forever
When I awoke, birds rested on my lap
Oh great creatures of the forest tell me
How could I still live more with one like thee?
