20: Christmas Eve

A/N~ I know it's been a while since I last updated, but updates are going to be a little slow due to school until I get a break.

It's been 6 days since I ran into Noah and talked to Sean. Today is Christmas Eve and Sean was suppose to call me when his plane landed at 10, but he didn't. I was thinking about driving to his house but I don't want to seem clingy.

It was now 2:30 I was in the kitchen helping my mom and Savannah with Christmas dinner. Janice and Noah are suppose to be here tomorrow for dinner. Me and mom have to go to the mall later to get Janice and Noah a present. She insisted.

After finishing the food I went upstairs to take a shower. I put on a turtle neck with jeans and my boots.

My phone beeped as I walked into my room. I got happy thinking it was Sean telling me his plane landed.

I picked up my phone to check it but it wasn't from Sean it was a picture from the unknown number that called. I opened the picture I saw Sean kissing a...guy? Wait...I'm confused. This cant be what I think it is. Maybe someone did a really good job at photo shopping. I heard my phone beep again.

Unknown~ I told you but you didn't seem to listen. This isn't to hurt you but to hurt Sean.

Hurt Sean? What did he do? All these questions went through my head. But my only question was why? Why me?

Was what Noah said really true? Am I a easy target?

My thoughts were interrupted from my phone ringing. I looked at it seeing Sean name flashing across the screen.

Eve~ Hello?

Sean~ Hey, I'm not going to be coming home until January 2nd. I'm sorry I'm missing your birthday, but my grandma wants me to stay.

I started to ask was she the only one who wanted him to stay, but I opted against it.

Eve~ Okay have a nice Christmas and New Years.

I said and hanging up in his face.

My mom and Savannah went to the mall themselves, so I decided to text Lou to see if she could come over.

Eve~ Hey, can you come over please?

Lou~ Is Savannah over there?

Eve~ No -_- She went to the mall with mom

Lou~ Ok be over in 5

Lou is really going to have to get over this. I understand she's hurt and angry, but she's my best friend and all but Savannah is also my cousin. And Lou is going to have to deal with her or we can't be friends.

The doorbell rang rang as I was walking to the kitchen.

"Hey" I said giving Lou a hug.

"Hey, so what's going on I can see the stress all over your face. Is it Noah?" She asked closing the door following me into the kitchen.

"Noah? No it's Sean he's cheating on me." I said my voice breaking.

"Awww Babes how did you find out?" She asked bringing me into a hug.

"Okay, so I've been getting these text from an unknown number talking about I need to watch him and he's been acting funny." I said making hot cocoa.

"Isn't he suppose to come back today?" She asked taking a seat at the island.

"Yeah...but he said his grandma wanted him to stay." I sighed tears springing to my eyes.

"Do you know who the girl is?" She asked while coming to help make the hot cocoas .

"That's the thing it's not a girl it's a boy..." I said slightly ashamed. I have nothing against gays/lesbians or any for that matter, but I feel used honestly 3 months of my life. And I'm not going to lie but they were the best. I just feel like they were fake.

"Awww babes it's okay. You know what let's forget about boys and watch Christmas movies and eat junk." She said picking a movie out to watch.

I got the popcorn and hot cocoas and went to the living room to watch the movie. The one thing that was on my mind was 'Noah was right'. Which only angered me because he knew and didn't tell me about Sean swinging for the other team.
