"Today is the last day of school" I told myself. No more dealing with the idiots at school, no more homework, no more school. I rolled out of bed and went to take a shower. After about 10 minutes, I got out. I put on my outfit (at the top) and blow dried my hair. As I was doing so, my friend Mikey called me (boy at the top who is not Hayes).
"Hellooo" said Mikey.
I chuckled. "Hey Mikey, what's up?"
"Nothing much, meet me at the bus stop in 10."
"Alright, bye, love you."
"Love you too."
Mikey has been my friend for 5 years. He is also friends with Hayes; my best friend. We are all very close and have a good relationship with each other. I finally finish my hair and decide to leave it down. I walk back over to my dresser, and put on some mascara, eyeliner, and concealer. I grabbed my backpack and phone and went downstairs.
"Good morning Alexa." Greeted my parents.
"Morning."
"We didn't make breakfast today, so you have to get some fruit or something." Said my mom.
"Okay." I said as I grabbed an apple and put it inside my backpack.
"Bye!" I yelled as I ran through the door with my stuff.
"Bye!"
When I arrived at the bus stop, Mikey was there waiting, on his phone.
"Hey Lex" he said while hugging me. I love his hugs. There so warm and they make me feel safe.
"Hi Mikey. Where is Hayes?"
"He should be on his w-"
He was cut off by a high pitched laugh; Vanessa. She is Hayes's girlfriend. Me and Mikey don't like her, personally. She is a snot nose brat. I don't know how Hayes can't see that, but I'm not going to get in the way of there relationship.
As they approached us, Hayes lazily slung his arm around her shoulder and kissed her cheek.
"Hey Alexa." He greeted.
"Hey Hayes." I walked up to him to hug him, but he held out his hand, leaving me no option but to fist bump him. Okay then. I went back over to Mikey, because they started being all lovey duby and stuff.
"What's up with Hayes?" I asked Mikey.
"I don't know, me and him have been distant lately."
"Oh. I kinda knew this was gonna happen, when he started dating her."
"Same."
Slowly but surely, the bus arrived and Mikey and me sat down together in the back, while Hayes and Vanessa sat in the seat beside us. I plugged my earphones in my phone and put on wildest dreams. I handed one of the buds to Mikey. I watched as he danced to the song, saying it was his jam. I was laughing so hard.
"Could you please be quiet?" Said Vanessa, in a mean way.
"Sorry.." I muttered. When she turned back around, me and Mikey laughed quietly.

It's now lunch time and I'm waiting for Mikey. Hayes texted me that he would be hanging out with his girlfriend, so he wouldn't be here. As I was scrolling through Instagram, Mikey approached me.
"Let's go."
"So is Hayes not coming? Wait I can answer that on my own." He said and I laughed.
"Hey I've been meaning to ask you something. Tomorrow I'm having a party at my house and you should come." Mikey said.
"Nah I'm good." I joked.
"Come on it will be fun!" He whined.
"I'm just kidding. What time?"
"8 o'clock."
"Sounds like a plan." I smiled.

"Baby we were born with fire and gold in our eyes" I sang lightly. I am currently getting ready for my movie date with Hayes. Don't worry, we are going as friends. I decided to wear a plain black cropped t-shirt with some light washed shorts. Then I decided to tie a red/white/black flannel around my waist. I left my hair the same and slipped my black and white vans on. Since I still had time, I decided to catch up on finding carter (I love this show so much). It was now 6:17 and Hayes was suppose to be here at 6. I decided to call him.
"Hello" he answered.
"Hey Hayes are you still coming?"
"Yea about that, I'm hanging with Vanessa. Maybe some other time?"
"Whatever" I mumbled as I hung up. Hayes is always canceling our plans just to spend time with her. He is with her all the time, yet he can't spend time with anyone else. I decided to go to the park, that's right down the street. Hayes lives about 3 houses down from my house and Mikey lives right next to mine. I finally arrived about 5 minutes later and went to the swings. I may be 15, but I'm a child at heart, don't judge me. I swung myself and listened to talking body. All of sudden, someone came up to me and pushed me of the swing and I fell flat on my face.
"Oh my god, I can't breathe" Mikey laughed as he struggled to breathe.
"haha- no."
"I'm sorry" he continued to laugh.
I walked over to the benches and sat down. I was soon accompanied by him.
"Are you really upset by what I did?" He asked.
"No"
"Then what's wrong?"
"Hayes is to busy with his girlfriend and he is always canceling our plans. I don't know, I just feel some type of way about it."
"I feel ya. Don't worry though, it won't be like this all the time."
"I hope so, Mikey." I said as I snuggled into his chest and he planted a kiss on my head.
