Robert’s Pont of View
Alexandra-Mae Canterbay walked into the school alone, she was a quiet girl. She kept to herself and had no friends. My name is Robert Danielson, I am her unknown watcher. I have been commanded to guard her from the terrible beast’s that roam the surrounding Earth. She is amazingly immune to them so far, which is unheard of for my kind.
Alexandra-Mae’s Point of View
I walked hurriedly into the school, not wanting to run into anybody. I had just moved here to a small town in Quebec; Huntingdon. My mother had just packed up our most treasured belongings and our clothing and left after that ghastly and horrible day. She had told me one thing and that one thing had scarred me forever. It had been a year now and I was lonely, not trusting anyone or anything around me. I stayed in the shadows, watching the world fly by around me day after day.
I entered the English classroom and sat down in a desk in the corner of the room, where i usually sat. It was secluded and quiet just what i preferred. The window beside the desk overlooked a beautiful sparkling pond with an old oak tree, bare of any leaves, casting shadows on the frozen grass. This was the only scene that calmed me. Life was a busy intersection, just waiting for a crash, and I had had enough of those crashes so far. I didn’t need anymore, to terrify anymore. I stared out the window silently taking in the breathtaking landscape, before I focused my attention to the front of the English class to digest the lesson at hand.
“Ring!” the deafening bell rang signaling the end of class. Fortunately that was my last class of the day. I stood up from my desk and grabbed my books. I curtained myself with my long dark hair and wrapped my jacket tight around me. I shuffled through the crowd and out the door and scurried away before anyone could even try to talk to me.
