Alice in the beginning

There was a shy girl, and her name was Alice Marie taylor.
Alice is 15 years old and lives with her father, her mother died when she was only 9 years old. She adored her mother, she wanted to be strong willed and as loving as her. However that changed when she died. Alice's father took up drinking and drugs. He couldn't handle the pain of his beloved wife, so he became distant, cold..and abusive. Alice and her father live in a two story apartment in New York City. Now that's out of the way, let's begin the story.
