I sat in the dark with  a glass of wine in my lap staring at the wall. Fenix and SaRay were sleeping next to me and Dominic on the floor. I sipped my red wine and sighed  before picking up my phone and dialing Aaron's number.

"Hello?"

"Hey.." I spoke quietly.

"Wassup?"

"Do you think you can meet me somewhere?"

"Fa sho. Where you wanna meet?"

"The beach on 55th"

"Alright." We hung up and I put on a pair of jogging pants and a tank top. I grabbed my keys off the dresser and made my way downstairs.

"Ma I'm going to the beach to think." She was sitting in the living room reading a book.

"Alright.."

30 minutes later

"Damn... That's fucked up" Aaron shook his head. I finished telling Him the the whole Felix story.

"I know. We've been together for 20 years and.... I just can't believe he would actually do something like this." He placed his lips on the back of my hand.

"It's gon be okay baby. You gon get threw it." We walked along the beach hand in hand. It was cold as hell but I needed to get this off my chest. Talking to Aaron made me feel better and between me and you.... I think I'm falling for him.

There only a few other people in the beach. Not that many since it was only 10pm.

"How are you and your uncle?"

"He's moving. "

"Really? That's wonderful Aaron. "

"Yeah. I'm an adult now so I can take care of myself."

"You know if you need anything you can always call me."

"You told me already."

"Well I'm telling you again child"

"Child? Woman please. When I put this tongue on ya, you won't be calling me a child again."  I blushed and bit my lip.

"Can I get on your back?" I asked. He looked at me like I was crazy and laughed.

"Hell naw!"

"Why?"

"Cuz yo ass probably heavy as fuck"

"You never know unless you try." I spoke before jumping in his back. He stumbled over and almost fell. I laughed loudly and he adjusted me in his back.

"See. I'm not that heavy."  I said and kissed his cheek.

"I guess." We walked and talked and laughed. Felix never came to my mind. Me and Aaron just had a great time.

"Jewel."

"Aaron" I eyed him. It looked like as if he was gon say something. He sighed.

"I wanna take you out.... Right now."

"Aaron I don't even look right I-"

"Baby you look perfect. Please..." He begged. I zipped up my jacket and let out a deep breath.

"Fine Aaron." He smiled showing his white teeth and grabbed my hand.

"Here try this." He dipped his crab legs in some type of lemon sauce and fed it to me. I never really liked sea food.

"It's alright. Baby I don't like sea food."

"You don't like sea food? Baby sea food is the bomb.com."

I took a bite of my spaghetti and took a sip of hot tea.

"You not cold? It's cold in here. He stood up and slid on the seat next to me and wrapped his arms around my waist. We were at a Applebee's.

"You smell good ma." He kissed my neck. "Stop Aaron." I giggled.

"It doesn't sound like it." He licked on my spot and I instantly moaned. "Mhmm right there.." I mumbled as he continued to lick and suck on my neck.

"Excuse me?" I pulled away and turned towards the waitress.

"We're sorry."

"No we ain't" Aaron mumbled and under his breath and I punched his arm. Aaron took out his wallet and pulled out 2 20s and threw it on the table.

"Keep the change." He said and the waitress. "Fuck you scuffing fa?" Aaron asked.

"I don't think you should be kissing on your mothers neck."

"Bitch this ain't my momma!"

"Grandma?" I looked the bitch up and down and rolled my eyes.

"I'm not even finna argue with you hoe. Not today, not tomorrow, not neva!"

"Who you calling a hoe?"

"You the only one standing right there that' wearing a half shirt under the apron." Aaron commented.

"Fuck you!" She stormed off.

Aaron chuckled, grabbed my hand and we walked out of the restaurant.
