Takeo's POV

It was me and my brothers on the couch. They were all laughing about me saying that I got a B. It isn't my fault my teacher was being a rasist bitch because I was half Chinese. So he gave me a B instead of an A.

My life is ok. My family loves me and good friends. My life is full of wonders and I am curious of everything. I am just scared right now. The newspapers announced that we had a drout and our ways of getting out the city our destroyed or blocked out. That means all of our subways and all of our food prodution is gone. I don't know what to say.

" Takeo " my father calls me.

" Yes sir " I answer respectfully.

" Come closer son " He says.

I stepped a tiny bit closer just maybe so I wouldn't get hit. He looked angered and scared. He started to cry as well. I don't understand why or what his problem was. He whipped away his tears and grabbed onto my shoulder. He gripped onto it. It started to get tighter making me shake and making me hurt. He moved his hand towards him and I went with it. He opened his mouth and his teeth went into my shoulder. The bite started to draw blood. He started to lift his mouth up. It hurt it felt like he was trying to bite a chunk of my arm. I caught knto it and punched him. He fell to the floor and snot came out his nose. He started to shed tears. He charged at me and tried to grab my head. I quickly moved out the way. I kicked his back making him land into the the glass table. Blood was all into the table. Glass was in his head and his teeth had blood dripping from it. I got scared and ran. I locked the door from his room. I sat on the couch with my brothers like nothing happened.

I started to sweat and get hot. I started to see dark and everything.

I woke up and seen my brothers fighting this thing. It had muscle all over it. No skin at all. I sat on the floor watching my brothers do what they do.

My brother Taizo did an air kick. The thimg grabbed his legs and pushed them into a split. He got on the floor and the thing stompes it's foot on his head crushing his head making blood squirt on the windows.

I stood still, I had no movement. I was so scared that it would do the same to me. My other brother Tashi chrged at him. He jumped and put it's fist up. The thing grabbed his fist and shoulder. He ripped his whole arm off. Taishi screamed in pain. Blood squirted out everywhere. The thing grabbed his neck and squished it. His head landed on wall sliding down slowly.

I haven't seen anything like this before. This thing just took the life of my brothers. But I looked at it. It had my father's work tie and our family necklace.

The thing ran out my house.

I looked in my father's room to see if he was there. He wasn't I saw bits of pieces of his pants on the floor. I looked around the room there was no sign of him.

I took a peak outside the door. Those things were running around the city causing chaos. I turned off all the lights and went through my dad's things. He told me he had a key to this room in the house. I found the key in his favorite pants. I unlocked the door which was down in the basement.

I turned on the lights in the room. There was weapons and diagrams of the things that killed my brothers. I looked at them. There was blueprints and everything.

I took a pistol, two swords and a combat knife. I put on gloves that relief your fingers. I put some piercing on my face. It hurt but oh well.

I walked into my kitchen and took a bunch of food and put it in my backpack. I ran outside as quickly as possible dodging everyone and everything in my way.
