JOHN’S P.O.V

What should I say? Should I tell her the truth? Should I tell her that I was apologizing for that night? I mean I really didn’t even now why I was saying sorry? Should I tell her about the bet? Should I say sorry for all the things I put her threw? “oh…umm… it was nothing” was all I managed to say hoping that she wouldn’t push the topic further, luckily she didn’t… she was leaving the room when I decided I would make it up to her and take her out “get dressed we’re leaving” I said turning to leave and get changed “huh?” she said looking at me in confusion “we’re going out to a club” was all I said and then left

APRIL’S P.O.V

I walked down stairs in a tight dress that fitted me perfectly with some very high heels and saw john with a simple black shirt and jeans but the look fit him well, we drove in his car to the club and all I could think through the whole ride was ‘why is he doing this?’ we arrived at a club and the bodyguard let us in, we drank so much and danced… I can’t remember the last time I had so much fun with him, I really think john has changed…

AN HOUR LATER…

John and I were piss drunk and it was now one in the morning, we were walking on the streets when I saw a very shiny sign in big letters that said ‘karaoke night!’ “ooohhh!!! John! John! John! Can we go in there!!!” I said like a little 3 year old “ok” he said shaking his head in amusement, we walked in and I immediately ran to the stage because there was no one there “ladies and gentlemen! We have a new comer! And your name is?” the man with the microphone said looking at me “April and this is my friend John” I said pulling on john’s arm “yea hey” “ooo we have ourselves a couple!” the man said and the crowd erupted in ‘awwwwww’ and a couple of wolf whistles “so what song are you gonna sing?” the man said “umm…oh! I know” I whispered the name of the song and the artist to the man and he grinned at my decision and gave me the microphone… minutes later the song ‘here’s to never growing up’ by Avril Lavigne came on and I smiled knowing I loved this song

Singing Radiohead at the top of our lungs

With the boom box blaring as we're falling in love

I got a bottle of whatever, but it's getting us drunk

Singing here's to never growing up

Call up all our friends, go hard this weekend

For no damn reason, I don't think we'll ever change

Meet you at the spot, half past ten o'clock

We don't ever stop, and we're never gonna change

Say, won't you say forever stay

If you stay forever hey

We can stay forever young

I sang and then passed the microphone to john so he could sing along

Singing Radiohead at the top of our lungs

With the boom box blaring as we're falling in love

I got a bottle of whatever, but it's getting us drunk

Singing

I sang and then held out the microphone and the crowd joined in and sang

Here’s to never growing up!

The song continued on like that and the crowd would sing ‘here’s to never growing up’ through the whole song, john sang at some parts but other than that he would shake his head in amusement and laugh, I can’t remember the last time I sang in so long! After the song was over everyone was cheering us on and we left the stage laughing at how much they loved us and how drunk we were, we went over to the bar while two girls got on stage and started singing ‘what the hell’ from Avril Lavigne “bartender!!!” I said stumbling a little causing john to laugh “what can I get you” he said winking, I noticed he wasn’t that bad he was actually really cute…
