Shattered Glass. (Vampire Knight Fan-fiction)

Third Piece.

Humming a non-existent tune, Yuuki Kross stepped into the clearing. The bright moon shining brightly on the half-hidden mirror that was buried into the too-small pocket that was considered the uniform. A fountain came into view, she stopped to have a look at the aquatic land structure. She let a ghostly smile spread across her lips like a phantom, but was quickly replaced when she saw a flaw in her impersonation.
"Oh my... That won't do..." Her uniform, like a reflection, was on the opposite side. She smiled, showing impossibly straight pearly whites.

"Hctiws" Her uniform dissolved for a moment before shimmering whit, morphing into the correct-looking type.

"Yuki, what are you doing out here?" A male voice interupted her thoughts. Yuuki didn't move, survival instincts sloppy after awakening. She sifted through Yuki's memories, trying to match the newcomer's voice before it got suspicious.

"Oh, Zero!" She gave a fake smile towards the human, the male named 'Zero' seemed to calm upon seeing the smile, but still looked cautious as he moved towards Yuuki.

"Just going for a walk-"

"Near the Moon Dorm?" God dammit, she knew he was starting to question her movements. She needed to act fast, and by fast. 

She meant now.

"Ezeerf." Zero's body stopped, he now couldn't move but his brain was still functioning.

"Htap ruoy no eunitnoc dna kcab nrut, ereh nees evah uoy gnihtyreve tegrof lliw uoy." She chanted, the magic clawing it's way towards Zero and embedding itself in him like Count Dracula towards his victims. He slumped to the ground, her magic was slowly enforcing itself. Yuuki took this opportunity to escape towards the Sun Dormitory, where hopefully she could find herself something to replenish her energy.

Fresh young souls always satisfied her greatly. 

Clank! Clank!

Yuuki rattled the front door noisily. It seemed there was a curfew and that the Dorm Head was planning on locking out whoever was unfortunate enough to forget their key.

"Using so much magic in one day will show horrid side-effects, especially straight after awakening..." Yuuki paced a little before deciding on a rather unfavorable decision.

 "This will hurt quite a lot..."
